EW has learned exclusively that Robert Englund, a cult favorite best known for his wildly successful run in the Nightmare on Elm Street series, will play a homeless desert storm veteran who hangs around an ancient burial site and becomes a suspect in a murder investigation.

I have loved Robert Englund since he played Willie on V. He did a great guest stint on Supernatural last season.

Englund has been making some good TV appearances as of late. His Supernatural, Chuck, & Bones characters were all very fun.

Very cool guest star, I love freddy but I like seeing actors like him in roles other than the ones they usually get typecast in.

Freddy Kruger, ancient burial site and murder.....no, no, no. I had nightmares for such a long time. He always pulls you back in, right when you think it's over. Shudder.
