    Derek is so annyoing. I wish Meredith would just dump him. She clearly deserves so much better than this. Not really crazy about Owen as the new chief. If it's not Richard, Bailey is the only one of the attendings I would find somewhat acceptable as chief. And how long are they planning to drag out this "April is a sucky chief resident" storyline?

    Bailey has only been an attending for two years. The rest of the attendings with the exception of Callie, all have more experience than her. So it was unlikely they would choose a chief of surgery with so little attending experience.

    Owen as chief other then Bailey logical choice... Derek needs to get over himself. 
    On this episode was directed by Chandra Wilson (Bailey)!!!!!

    I think its more like the marriage is on rocky ground,never mine not conversing for two weeks.Owen really wanted a kid, she didn't. Who got what they wanted? Her,Game Over!!!
