For right now, Frank is only set to appear in one episode, but as part of the hunters' network, there's always a possibility for a return. Hopefully, Frank fares better than the last genius who got caught in the Winchester web -- may Ash (Chad Lindberg) rest in peace.
The episode will also feature recurring "Supernatural" character Sheriff Jody Mills, a friend of Bobby's played by Kim Rhodes.
Thanks, if he's a friend of Bobby's he must be cool
ReplyDeleteI wonder if they'll give him genius hair like Einstein's? Or maybe an older version of a mullet in tribute to Ash? :)
ReplyDeleteGiven his past in POTC, I'm guessing he and Bobby will have a booze party at some point.
ReplyDeleteFor some reason I had pictured someone younger..But I'm beyond happy with the casting!
ReplyDeleteI really like him as Gibbs!
I like this addition. This guy is a good character actor so I hope they write some good stuff for him.
ReplyDeleteomg, yay, I love Kevin McNally! :D
ReplyDeleteAt first, I was skeptical at the concept of adding a computer genius to Supernatural, but the actor choice has turned me around. I'm looking forward to the exchanges between Kevin McNally and Jim Beaver.
ReplyDeleteOMG! We got Gibbs!
ReplyDeleteNice! I am really looking for to this new season of Supernatural! Hope I get to see them all next year at Comic Con!
ReplyDeleteGIBBS! :D
ReplyDeleteMy day has just been made.
It will interesting to see how he turns out. I was honestly hoping they'd resurrect Ash. lol He's reluctant to help. Have to wait and see. Most of Bobby's friends are all right. I still miss Rufus
ReplyDeleteAs far as I'm concerned "resurrection" is a figurative four-letter word.
ReplyDeleteepic casting! =D
ReplyDeleteForget the last genius; I hope he fares better than Bobby's last friend. Miss you Rufus. I like the idea of meeting some new hunters that could become regulars later. If they are really up against a foe like no other, they are going to need all the help they can get. I'm happy it's of the human persuasion.
ReplyDeleteNoooo! No more mullets! That trend has to die before it makes a comeback. :-) Every time I see a mullet I flinch, caught in the horrible nightmare of a never ending Achy Breaky Heart marathon. That is much worse than Crowley's hell line.
ReplyDeleteWelcome to SpoilerTV. Thanks for commenting. I haven't seen McNally in much but he was one of the better points in Pirates of the Caribbean part 37. It is odd seeing him without the full face sideburns though.
ReplyDeleteAgreed 100%. It should not be used ever again in the context of Supernatural. :-) In fact, any more resurrections and it might lead to me breaking into some non-figurative four letter words and that happens very rarely.
ReplyDeleteAll these tit-bits make for growing curiosity about the new season.
ReplyDeleteI don't think I have ever seen this actor before but he does have an appealing air about him.....
We'll see how good a computer genius he turns out to be.
Ash was a great guy but no more resurrections, please.....
thanks for the castin news :D
ReplyDeleteHoly crap this is cool! Im a massive Gibbs fan! This season is shaping up to be an awesome one ant thats only from the guest stars! Who else is psyched for the 23rd?
ReplyDeletethis looks interesting
ReplyDeleteThey didn't say which episode.
ReplyDeleteAw. I just realized that Ash was totally awesome and I kind miss him (on top of everyone else killed-off). Glad we have Gibbs, though!
ReplyDeleteYeah, you're right, but without that nasty little word, we wouldn't have Sam and Dean.
