    I just started watching this show (finished season 1), but Alexis is currently my favorite character.  Molly Quinn does a great job portraying a teen older than her years.

    It's just a little sad how much less she seems to be in the later episodes of the series thus far (and I say "seem" because I haven't counted up how many episodes she's in or important in vs. not, so she could have the exact same importance and it just seems to me she's not around as much).

    And I've definitely been wondering what they're going to do about Alexis when college comes around... Not looking forward to the possibility of her being written off the show.
