  1. Attitude isn't a talent?

I not only considered Kristen Bell's snark on Veronica Mars a talent, but a weapon that needed to be registered.

I  was not that fond of Sam's dark past last year and I'm pretty sure we didn't need a new character with a dark past...  Frankly I'm no sure It care about her color coordinated present yet.... I definitely don't care about her past.

Also I wonder if Alan Ball will ever introduce a new character without them being some ultra-concentrated charicature.... I mean not every new or powerful person/vampire/witch needs to be batshit crazy!

That is the one thing I miss most from the books...  Sure there were "characters" and off beat people, but not everyone had to be so over the top.....

  2. Thank you. Especially that last sentence of yours is what I keep thinking.
And something else I don't like about that is that they ruin some of the characters with it ... some of the characters I really like in the books, but the show makes them less ... I don't know. "real", for lack of another word.

  3. Queen Sophie for one. She was awesome in the books, but the series turned her into a frolicking brat.
