    That school reminds me of something ... could anybody tell me where the pilot was shot?
    Also, about that one guy ... I thought the same in another preview, but it's even worse in this preview: he seems very Elijah-ish. If that makes any sense.
    (Again, I like the trailer. It is - just like the last one - definitely more promimsing than the first pieces of the pilot we got. But. It still seems too much TVD for me. And I love TVD. But I don't need a spin-off that is not officially a spin-off.)

    I believe the pilot was shot in Vancouver (more like the Lower Mainland, the pier looks like Steveston to me).
    I agree the guy with the match looks very Elijah-ish. I think it's the hair. From what I see, they have the same exact hairstyle, lol.

    Well, the books are by TVD author LJ Smith too...so you're not wrong. LOL

    I know, but Kevin Williamson said that's it's still gonna be a totally different show. I mean, this is only the previews and we know that no one involved with the show actually gets to decide what to show in the trailers, but the network does. TVD is their highest rated show, so they of course wanna give viewers as many hints as possible to show that if they like TVD, they will most likely also like Secret Cirle. But I still hate that it seems so much alike. I mean, one of the key scenes they keep showing is like a direct copy. And now this obviously dangerous guy who seems very much like Elijah ... and Elijah isn't even a part of the TVD books =)

    Not much... I like the chic from LUX, still not over the cancelation of that show so gonna suport her until I cant watch anymore :P
