Hi. Here is the final poll of the week (and the month, too), I believe it'll be a crowd pleaser, it's a poll on Bones. The show's seventh season will not premiere until November 3rd on FOX, but I'm sure many people have seen the first 6 seasons and will gladly vote in the poll below to express which season is their favourite, and perhaps comment in the comment section to tell us exactly why.Week One (June 28th – June 30rd) :

ReplyDeleteSeason 1 was the season where the cases were the most clever and we got to know the characters.
ReplyDeleteSeason 2 was the season were the attraction between them got more and more evident. Plus, there was Epps (who BTW still really freak me out) and Hodgela.
Season 3, well we had some great episodes and the couple therapy scenes, loved it. The finale, well-done. Also, mistletoe !
Season 4, I think this one deserve the silver medal of the most mind-blowing finale. We had some really funny stuff and the Gravedigger ... I loved to hate that woman. BB got closer and the relationship evolved to a hgih level of trust and A LOT of sexual tension.
Season 5. I voted for this one because it was perfect (except maybe the finale). We had clever cases, funny episodes, sad ones too, the 100th episode which was a combinaison of funny, sad AND depressing.
Season 6. I think it's the season that will always be associated with the word HANNAH, even if it's also the season where BB finally got together (even tough we didn't get to see it ). However, it was the season who had the best episodes yet and Emily Deschanel just blow my mind with her acting. *cough* "the doctor in the photo"&"the hole in the heart" . Kudos, to David Boreanaz too. Than man can do anything.
Now, I'm really excited about next season. The shipper in me can't wait for the cuteness and the love and all the mushy stuff. Altough I'm pretty sure we won't see fluffy AT ALL ...
4 5 and the second half of season 6 are my favorites, but i'll go with the season that gave me the most laughs, interesting stories and cases...season 5! but then again season 4 has B/B undercover misson as Buck and Wanda along with the HILARIOUS Funeral episode... ahhhhh im in a dilemma
ReplyDeleteDespite the horrible finale, I chose season 4 quite easily. 3 or 4 of my favorite Bones episodes came from this season, especially "The Critic in the Cabernet" where Bones decides she wants a baby.

ReplyDeleteI was torn between season 2 and season 4. Season 2 because of the great cases, Max, the blossoming sexual tension between Booth and Brennan, etc. Season 4 because of the romance, more great cases, funny episodes like The Double Death of the Dearly Departed, and the finale which I thought was awesome.
ReplyDeleteThe first half of season 6 was awful, so it wasn't even a contender even though it improved after The Doctor In The Photo, which Emily Deschanel gave an amazing performance in. Season 5 had some really great moments but they kind of ruined it with the end of the 100th. Season 3 was good, but the foreshortened season and the rush put on the Gormogon/Zack storyline makes it just so so. Season 1 is probably my favorite season after season 2 and 4.
Season 2 has my 2 favorite episodes with The Boy in the Shroud and Aliens in a Spaceship. It kickstarted Angela and Hodgins, who I care about more as a couple than Booth and Bones. It also has both Howard Epps and the Gravedigger. I loved Gordon Gordon. But most importantly, it still has Zack. Post-Zack tends to go downhill for me. Yep, definitely season 2 for me.

ReplyDeleteThis is a difficult one for me,season five was amazing but season four had such a fantastic ending it gets my vote.
ReplyDeleteI honestly can't decide between seasons 2, 3 & 4. I think season 2 had the more interesting cases and I think this season kind of set the ground for some upcoming story arcs (and I'm not only talking about the grave digger here). Yes. part of them started in season 1 already, but season 1 was still rather the "get to know the people a little bit" season whereas in season 2 they could get a little bit more into the characters, show sides of them beyond the obvious, and I really liked that.
ReplyDeleteSeason 3 is overall amazing and I've cried so much at the finale (yah, I'm that kind of girl). I was sad to see Zach go, but I loved how they build up the story around it. They really had me surprised. A lot. Also, it's the season they introduced Sweets. That's reason enough for me to make it one of my fave season.
I voted for the 4th season, though. I can't really add anything that season 4 has that seasons 2 & 3, don't, but Season 4 is kind of all the good things about seasons 2 & 3 together, at least to me. So it got my vote.
With season 3 following closely behind ... VERY closely.

ReplyDeleteSeason 1 or 2 - I can't decide. I'm leaning towards 2 because it's better overall but season 1 has Two Bodies in the Lab which is my favourite episode, plus, The Man in the Fallout Shelter as well as Girl in the Fridge which I also love...

ReplyDeleteSeason 2 for me, but it was a hard choice. Aliens in a Spaceship is my favorite bones episode ever. I love all the seasons for different reasons, though.

ReplyDeleteI love 2, 3 and 4 the most, but I voted season 3 because it's the only season with Zack and Sweets.
ReplyDeleteIt's a tough call. Season 5 had that "all from the begining episode" but I think the Sixth had the B/B development which was really well written. The 6.09 when Brennan finally declares herself and gets a direct rational blow from Booth is so moving!
