Eureka - Animated Christmas Episode This Year & Other Snippets

They've just announced at comic-con that there will be an animated Christmas episode this season of Eureka.
They also said that they will never go back to the original timeline, although might be some intersections.

Here are some more snippets thanks to nicegirlstv:

- Colin teases that Jack & Jo hit some relationship bumps, but 'I think it turns out ok.'
- Salli directed an episode this season. The actors say she did a great job.
- Salli's episode airs August 8. Zoe returns in that ep.
- Neil will take Fargo to Warehouse 13 again this season.
- Podcast commentaries will return! We're gonna need them to understand what's going on.
- They're going to use EVERY animation style! Some live action, but lots of animated elements.
- Crew members from Fringe and Hellcats came over to the #Eureka set when Stan Lee filmed a cameo, according to Neil.
- Stark may come back, but no plans yet. If he does, he'll mock Jack mercilessly.

    I think they were referring to their individual relationships. Sadly, I think the Jo and Jack ship will never happen. ;)

    Animated?  Well, that's one way to cut down on the SFX budget.

    I thought Jo and Zane were supposed to go to W13 this season.
