The All My Children alum says she's been talking to Desperate Housewives creator Marc Cherry about joining the prime-time soap.
"There's been a lot of talking, but we'll see," she told Access Hollywood at the Daytime Emmys. "It's a show I like very much, of course. The cast is amazing. Marc Cherry is amazing."
For now, Lucci is focusing on All My Children's final weeks. The long-running soap will bow out Friday, Sept. 23, and the cast and crew are "cooking on all speeds" to ensure that the show goes out on a high note. The actress, however, has no idea how the soap will end.

I think Susan Lucci would be a good fit on the Lane, maybe her presence would give it a positive jolt. If anything im sure her loyal soap fans will follow her to the lane. Which equals ratings!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI am sure her presence there will fit. She'll probably still be playing Erica Kane, just with a different name and tweaked backstory.
