The Walking Dead - Season 2 Premiere Date (Germany)

In case you are still waiting for Rick Grimes and new Zombie Action: The Walking Dead Season 2 has a german pay tv release date, which also means we have an approximate date to count on at AMC/USA.

Season 2 premieres in Germany (FOX Channel) on Octobre, 21. So it looks like the new season will premiere on AMC one week oder maybe two weeks earlier.

    Jep. Me too! I still have in mind, what Breaking Bad's Bryan Cranston told us a while ago: "Walking Dead's Season 2 would premiere at the same time Breaking Bad will"  ... hmmmm ...now we know, TWD will not ...

    I thought I'd read that somewhere as well! But when I tried looking it up I couldn't find it again. I'm glad I know I didn't dream it.

    It's quite the shame, I was looking forward to having it to watch over the summer.

    He never said that it's definite. He just thought it might be a possibility, but it was never confirmed. It was always the plan that it would premiere around Halloween, acutally this is a bit sooner than expected.

    It would have been great if it came back sooner, but in the end it's just a few more months, I can live with that.

    I thought they were going to the Halloween premiere again but I guess not.  I do wonder if they will air the season straight through.  If they premiere it early enough they could avoid the Holiday season...if not they might have to take a few weeks off or split the season in two or risk a drop in ratings

    They'll probably do 6 eps  Break then 6 eps. Would be stupid to air it during the holiday
