Thanks to doctorrose24 for the following.

This is a USA promo that combines all the summer shows (White Collar, Covert Affairs, Royal Pains, Necessary Roughness, Burn Notice, Suits, and In Plain Sight.) The promo has a combination of old and new scenes for certain shows.

    Looking forward to giving Suits a try,  seems like it has potential to be my kind of show.  

    But Burn Notice and White Collar's returns; the term "looking forward to" isn't strong enough with the way their respective finales ended.

    as I heard, but am not sure, Psych will have its premiere on fall. I AM EXTREMELY mad about that, and, for the first time ever, hope to be wrong.

    USA ordered only the pilot. They didn't pick it up as a series. IF they do, the show won't air until next year.
