Thanks to Doug for the heads up.

According to IMDB Kim Johnston Ulrich (Dr.Visyak) will be in the final two episodes.

Imdb also has Demore Barnes returning as Raphael in The Man Who Would Be King

    I don't know about Barnes, but Kim Johnston Ulrich is true. She is in one of the Set pictures from March 31:

    I think the man who would be king will have some flashbacks in it since Mark Sheppard (Crowley) is in the ep. So it would make sense if they are flashing back and Raphael is in the flashback scenes then it would have to be Demore Barnes who played him.

    The season finale showed everyone from Jeffrey Dean Morgan to Chad Lindberg and everyone else coming back - imdb is actually like wiki, anyone can add it in, does not make it so.

    Well considering Dr. Visyak is one of the bts photos, looks like that is definitely true. As for Demore Barnes...that should be interesting. It's just hard to trust IMDB after somebody recently screwed around with one of the eps and put up loads of false casting info, etc...

    Kim Johnston Ulrich actually is coming back, so it definitely is accurate and correct on her info. Demore Barnes, we've yet to see anything proving he's back.

    Right, I know that. I don't trust IMDB either, but I do trust photos. Especially one that shows Dr. Visyak with blood covering her stomach and standing next to Jim Beaver on set. ;-) No real proof that Demore is back though.

    Agreed, I think this will be a flashback episode where we see exactly what Cas has been up to-hence the appearance of Mark Sheppard as Crowley. Demore Barnes as Raphael would indicate flashbacks too since the vessel he plays was destroyed.

    I'm happy about Visyak returning. I hope she makes it through because she was a lot of fun in the last one. It does make me wonder about her place in the story though. It could still be dragons, but she seems to be an expert on all things medieval. Can't wait to see how that relates to Eve.

    There is actually some more evidence of Demore Barnes coming back: on his twitter he said something like "Never underestimate the healing power of salt" or something to that effect.

    I'm also happy to see Visyak returning. On the BTS fotos she is shown wearing a blouse drenched in blood, so this might be the last time we see her on SPN. :(
    Too bad I really liked her, she was a lot of fun to watch last time.

    he has also been up in Vancouver search filming the pilot for Awakening. (CW Pilot) about 2 sisters about to face off against each other just as a zombie uprising beings. Guess who else was up there, filming with him? Titus Welliver, The Horseman War. Just with those two being in the pilot I hope it gets picked up just so we can see that episode.

    I would be glad to see them again. In my opinion Barnes was awesome as Raphael and I Mark Sheppard is GREAT... Man, I really loved Crowley.It would be amazing to see him again, even in flashbacks.

    Who took those pictures. I started back at 1 and it said that they were 123 pictures of Epi 6x22. They were just awesome. Oh to be sooo lucky.
