The debut dates for the new seasons of the HBO series TRUE BLOOD, CURB YOUR ENTHUSIASM and ENTOURAGE have been confirmed.
The 12-episode fourth season of TRUE BLOOD will kick off SUNDAY, JUNE 26 at 9:00 p.m. (ET/PT). Based on the popular Sookie Stackhouse books by Charlaine Harris, this hit drama series was created by Alan Ball, creator of HBO’s Emmy®-winning series “Six Feet Under.” The show follows the romance between waitress Sookie Stackhouse (Anna Paquin), who can hear people’s thoughts, and her soul mate, 173-year-old vampire Bill Compton (Stephen Moyer).
The 10-episode eighth season of CURB YOUR ENTHUSIASM will kick off SUNDAY, JULY 10 at 10:00 p.m. (ET/PT). This Emmy®- and Golden Globe-winning comedy series stars “Seinfeld” co-creator Larry David as himself in an unsparing but tongue-in-cheek depiction of his life. The new season was shot in New York and Los Angeles.
The 8-episode eighth and final season of ENTOURAGE will kick off SUNDAY, JULY 24 at 10:30 p.m. (ET/PT). Created by Doug Ellin, this hit comedy series draws on the experiences of Hollywood insiders and stars Adrian Grenier, Kevin Connolly, Kevin Dillon, Jerry Ferrara and three-time Emmy® winner Jeremy Piven.

Really looking forward to the new Curb Your Enthusiasm season, Larry David has yet to disappoint me.
ReplyDeleteDon't know if I'll tune in to True Blood after last season. Ah, who am I kidding, I probably will.
Any word if Hung was cancelled or not? don't they normally pair it with True Blood?
ReplyDeleteHung will get a 3rd Season. I don't think a dates been set yet
ReplyDeleteLD is back this summer?! Well that's a surprise!
ReplyDeleteI thought Hung season 3 was booked for the summer, it looks like I was wrong, the HBO summer combo for the last 2 years wis broken.
When is it going to air then? In September? My guess is maybe there'll probably be a How to Make it in America s2/Hung s3 combo (right after Boardwalk Empire season 2), postponing the return of Bored to Death and the final season of Eastbound and Down to January 2012 (alongside the 1st season of Luck, perhaps).
I won't complain, I'm not really a Hung fan, I'm much more fond of all the other HBO comedies, and especially Curb your Enthusiasm (still the best comedy in production).
Ah good to hear, it's like Sex and the City for Guys, I love that show as a follow up after a really creeptastic episode of True Blood.
ReplyDeleteI thought TB starts june12?
