- Ben Edlund is directing the "emotional" 20th episode this season.
- Jensen says he'd love to direct another episode... "As long as he's not in it," pointing to Jared.
- The actors don't know what they can say about shocking show twists. There's a few coming!
- One thing that Ben would like to try is a live episode.
- Kripke says there are a few curveballs coming for the brothers the rest of the season.
- Jensen doesn't think there are lines that can't be crossed anymore. Not since the skiboots/Japanese gameshow.
- Kripke wrote the season finale. Turned it Friday. Start shooting next week.
- The war in heaven will play out at the end of the season.
- You will meet Castiel's angel Rachel, Sera says.
- season finale to be directed by Singer
- Jared does miss soulless Sam, but did have fun playing with the nature of the soul. "I do miss the little guy..."
- Kripke: "Currently there are no plans to return the amulet."
- Misha Collins regrets going with gravely Castiel voice. "I may be running into medical problems!"; He hopes someday Cas will have a tank of helium with him so he can talk normally.
- Ben's talking the #fightthefairies trend and how there was a legit outcry from the gay community.
- Finale: originally Eric wanted it to be like a MOVIE! but there's so many mythology ends to tie it's very episodic
- Finale: Each episode has its own story, both are self-contained.
- Kripke says "it will be awesome in reruns but for the two-hour people will be like 'What?'"
- Female characters with a positive force coming up: Jared says just Castiel.
- Upcoming Edlund directed episode of #Supernatural is from Castiel's point of view. "We hear a couple of moments from his childhood."
- Missouri could come back next season if they have one
- Kripke reveals Bobby only exists on #Supernatural because Loretta Devine wasn't available to return as Missouri for #Supernatural S1 finale
- Kripke has a specific coda in mind for when the show ends, he didn't use when they got Season 6 renewal.

Oh SPN spoilers, where have you been all my life? I love j2 banter.
ReplyDelete:D
ReplyDeleteToo many things to take in.
At least they're taking it as a "season finale" rather than a "series finale". Makes me a little hopeful!
I have never been so thankful for a coincidence as the one which prevented Missouri Mosely from being a recurring character on Supernatural. I'm actually not sure I could have kept watching the show, she irritated me so much as a character. I'd almost definitely have to avoid episodes with her in it.
ReplyDeleteAnd damnit, I want that amulet back! *cries* The only thing that would make me happier than a confirmed return for the amulet would be a confirmed renewal for season 7. Loving the snippets anyway, keep them coming!
panel is over, let me know if you have anything interesting to add!
ReplyDeleteThanks for posting them all mate, nice one
ReplyDeleteMy eyes lit up when I read that the 20th episode was going to be "emotional." I guess I like the angst. From Cas' point of view. hmmm. I'm interested...
ReplyDeleteMy two main points too. Yeah to Bobby. Suddenly I love scheduling conflicts. Dread the idea of her returning. Also, why can't we get the amulet back? Such a little thing that would mean so much to fans.
ReplyDeleteI agree with the Amulet. Is it that HARD to get the amulet back? Especially, now that they're "starting to be brothers again"?
ReplyDeleteI could probably stomach her return if she died tragically at the end of the episode. Though on SPN that isn't even a guarantee that she'll stay gone! She'd could come back as a guardian ghost or something. *shudder* Also, yeah, I completely agree about the amulet. They don't have to make a huge deal about bringing it back, but it is such a fan favourite, I can't understand why they'd have objections.
ReplyDeleteSo, basically, I can't wait for the rest of the season! Cas centric episode, emotional, Missouri may be back, etc.
ReplyDeleteBRING BACK THE FREAKING AMULET. BRING IT BACK. BRING IT BAACCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCK. GOD, WHAT ARE YOU DOING? BRING IT BACK.
And CW, RENEW IT FOR A SEVENTH SEASON ALREADY.
I don't think cw would've bothered sending them to PaleyFest if they aren't going to renew. Especially since they've only been once? before.
ReplyDeleteOh, and bring back the freakin' amulet already http://twitition.com/q9k4r
There are so many things to be excited for..!
ReplyDeleteEmotional episode, which isn't surprising, since Mary and Ellen return!Episode from Castiel's point of view! And moments from his childhood! How awesome is that?!?I wonder which episode it is...
And even though I kind of liked Missouri,I am eternally grateful that the actress couldn't return..Can you imagine the SPN universe without Bobby!?!?!
I'm getting more and more positive that we'll have a 7th season!
I want the Hellatus to be over!
I want to see all the above right now!
I could handle it if she was struck mute. Or possibly unconscious. Glad to see I'm not the only one. Love the actress, hate the character.
ReplyDeleteI just couldn't hack the way she talked down to Sam and Dean all the time (particularly Dean), it was so condescending, I really just wanted to give her a good slap! I haven't actually seen the actress in anything else, which is a shame, because I'll probably be prejudiced against her if I do ever come across her elsewhere.
ReplyDeleteI didn't think angles we ever Children this is a surprise to me
ReplyDeleteThe panel sounds just as hilarious as the one five years ago. :D God damn it, CW just make season 7 official!! Even you can't be so stupid to NOT renew Supernatural!
ReplyDeleteThe rest of the season sounds exciting! :D
I'm a bit sad that they didn't mention Crowley and that there are no plans for bringing back the amulet. *sigh* I'm not giving up, maybe they want to surprise us. I hate surprises....
Absolutely. She calls them amateurs but then didn't know that there was still something in the house. Bah! Jenny and kids would be dead if they listened to her.
ReplyDeleteYou don't like Missouri? She was hilarious.
ReplyDeleteNot everybody has to be nice to Sam and Dean. Lol
ReplyDelete"Kripke has a specific coda in mind for when the show ends, he didn't use when they got Season 6 renewal." Taken from: SpoilerTV http://www.spoilertv.com/2011/03/supernatural-spoilers-from-paleyfest.html#ixzz1GWixV4AR
ReplyDeleteAm I the only one with a sense of foreboding about the coda? To quote the director in The French Mistake, "you'll be answering the hate mail."
I hope "playing out" means that the war on Heaven is wrapping up! It dragged on too long for me.
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately, no, I found her incredibly irritating. I know she was meant to come across as wise and motherly, but she came across as very condescending, which I just cannot stand.
ReplyDeleteHow can it drag if we still don't know anything about it? So far it was only Castiel whining and Raphael and him running after Balthazar to get the weapons. Nothing else.
ReplyDeleteWish I was there....
ReplyDeleteI agree. Zachariah, Azazel and Lucifer are excellent examples of this. However, if we are meant to genuinely like the character and see her as a pseudo-mentor figure for the protagonists of the show, it's probably going to go down better if you at least have them treat the lead characters as equals, and not recalcitrant three year olds.
ReplyDeleteI don't think she's motherly or wise, I think she was supposed to be funny and give the guys contra!
ReplyDeleteAgreed. Angel babies are news to me. So either we get Cas in little kid form or we get a new angel in adult form. Either way, it cannot be Misha playing because Jimmy Novak isn't that old.
ReplyDeleteTo me it has been playing out since the angels got involved. We know God is missing, there is war between parties, but they have not gotten into it enough in my mind. Delve into it and wrap it up. We do not know details at all, but the idea of an overall war has been going on for the better part of two years.
ReplyDeleteThat always bugs me! Also, the way she treats her mistake, she kind of just shrugs it off...I don't know, she just rubs me up the wrong way. It's a shame, as I quite like the episode apart from that.
ReplyDeleteOne man's funny is another man's annoying. For me, she's the later. However, I think you are in the majority.
ReplyDeleteWell, they sometimes behave like three year old, especially Dean. Lol Their plans usually suck and older people can be very disrespectful to younger people, so I think her behavior made sense.
ReplyDeleteOh! Well, in that case, I think she definitely missed her mark! I just found her irritating. It's possibly just that we have different opinions on humour, but I found myself wanting to give her a slap and tell her to behave herself, I'd be mortified to treat any guests of mine like that.
ReplyDeleteKripke has a specific coda in mind for when the show ends, he didn't use when they got Season 6 renewal
ReplyDeleteWhat is a "coda" ?
!!!!!!!!! I CANT WAIT DAMN IT
I can't even say that. The freaking monkey creeps me out. Jenny also annoyed me. The lampcord of death was laughable, not scary. And once again, I learned to beware the kitchen sink. Home is in my top 20 worst episodes of SPN.
ReplyDeleteOh yeah and AMULET??? what the fuck?
ReplyDeleteI agree..... the first word that comes to mind when I think of her is "petulant".
ReplyDelete:O DAMN IT! you are right! I AM NOT as much as exited for this episode now :((( Cassy is Misha :((((
ReplyDeleteI'll get over it.... *cries*
I honestly think we're just going to have to agree to disagree on this one. While I'll admit that it's been a while since I saw the episode in question, I don't remember either of the boys doing anything particularly childish, in fact, I seem to remember thinking that given that they had returned to the scene of a childhood trauma (particularly for Dean) she could have cut them both a bit of slack and recognised their credentials as experienced hunters (again, particularly Dean, I know Sam was a bit rusty at that point). As for saying their plans usually suck...I can't think of any particularly disastrous plans off the top of my head, and TBH, that argument would hold up a lot better if Missouri hadn't almost gotten them all killed during the episode, first going up against the poltergeist with no real strategy and secondly misreading the house and assuring everyone the poltergeist had left. And IMO, age is absolutely no excuse to treat people with disrespect. It's simply ageism, just in the opposite direction to what most people normally think of.
ReplyDeleteAwesome, this'll tie me over for almost 2 whole minutes! Seriously, that's pretty good. Castiel's point of view? hmmm.
ReplyDeleteAbout the Bobby/Missourri spoiler: GAH NO!
She came off as their cranky grandma, but she had absolutely no relation with them at all. She was a stranger to them. Maybe she could be that way with John, but she was overly familiar with them in a way that came off as creepy and irritating. Nothing about her behavior was appropriate for a stranger to me. If a stranger talked to me like that or acted the way she did, I'd be tempted to punch her. I think it showed tremendous restraint on the Winchesters part not to do so. They even remained polite to her, which is something I couldn't do when I was yelling at the TV.
ReplyDeleteYou wanted to slap her based on what? Because she didn't treat them with respect? She didn't know them, she has only seen them as kids. Older people do that all them. That's why I love her. You wouldn't tell your guests to not put their feet on your coffee table or you would whack them with a spoon? ;D
ReplyDeleteSo, I am going to keep positive that season 7 is a good posibility. This is a balm to my soul. Supernatural is THE BEST sci-fi drama on television EVER. Sorry Trekkies, I just calls em likes I sees em... lol
ReplyDeleteDon't stop at unconscious. KILL HER WITH A WIFFLE BAT.
ReplyDeleteI believe it means he knows how the whole thing ends, what happens to each of the main characters. It does not bode well for the characters getting a happily ever after ending.
ReplyDeleteLol... isnt it sera's show now ahhaahha. (not like I care KRIPKE RULE FOR EVER)
ReplyDeleteIt's probably just one scene, and I don't think it's going to be Cas in a child form. The human form is just a vessel, so it doesn't make sense that he would physically age the way a human would.
ReplyDeleteThanks Pidgeon. I'm now gasping for breath and spitting out Gatorade. Plus, everyone here is staring at me like they don't know if they should start the Heimlich or back away slowly. You need to start with a warning label - Comments may cause convulsive laughter!
ReplyDeleteIt was partially that she didn't treat them with respect, and also, to quote a point that you made "She didn't know them, she has only seen them as kids." Exactly! What right has she to give them personal advice and treat them as if the were not only children, but her own children at that! Just because she knew them when they were children and she can get an emotional read on them when they are in front of her does not mean that she 'knows' them. She has no place making personal observations, or offering advice beyond the professional, and she could have phrased that with a lot more respect as well. Sam and Dean (Dean in particular) are experienced hunters who have been dealing with the supernatural since they were very young. It wouldn't kill her to acknowledge that. I think I explained my objections to her ageist tendencies down below. 'People do it all the time' is not an excuse. I'd find it just as irritating if someone else did it. And in answer to your question about visitors: no, definitely not! Probably because I'd have my own feet on the coffee table, but whatever. :D
ReplyDeleteDamn, why are you always so much more eloquent than me? I think in future, I'm just going to refer people to various posts of yours which perfectly express my feelings.
ReplyDeleteI don't think we can say she "knew" them as kids. I think it's more accurate that she heard about them as kids or saw them when they were kids. It's obvious she never had a role in their lives.
ReplyDeleteI googled it and this made the most sense to me in this context:
ReplyDeleteCoda is a term used in music in a number of different senses, primarily to designate a passage that brings a piece (or one movement thereof) to a conclusion. "Technically an expanded cadence. Occurs at the end of a composition and traditionally brings the composition to a convincing conclusion. May consist of a few measures or an entire subdivision in itself."
Awesome! I want to see this on film.
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure it would make my worst 20, but it wouldn't make the top 20. Probably not the top 50 either! I quite liked the monkey, and I was quite apathetic towards Jenny. I was actually terrified of the lampcord, but I have a horror of dying by asphyxiation, so that's a personal thing really. :)
ReplyDeleteVery true. Ok, I amend my previous statement: she didn't know them *at all* and she acted like she personally brought them up. Irritating? I think so!
ReplyDeleteI think Missouri made the amateur comment because the boys weren't psychics and couldn't find ghosts without the EMF. That's all. They wanted to put those bags into the walls to exorcise the ghosts, that's a plan right? She didn't misread the situation, she couldn't feel his presence anymore.
ReplyDeleteRight back at you. I'm happy to find someone else who didn't like Missouri. I always felt alone in that.
ReplyDeleteI don't know I find cranky grandmas adorable and funny. *shrug*
ReplyDeleteThank you sooo much for this :D Sooo missing SPN right now.
ReplyDeleteThat was the apocalypse storyline. The war between the angels began with 'Swan Song'.
ReplyDeleteI'm still not sure about the amateurs comment tbh, but I'll let that one slide, as I said, it's been a while since I saw the ep. As for her plan...yeah, it was a plan: but it sucked! I can't remember if they tried to come up with alternatives, but I think that splitting up was definitely a bad idea. And I have to ask...if the poltergeist is still present, and she didn't feel it's presence anymore, how is that not misreading the situation?
ReplyDeleteThat was my thought too which is why the angel childhood comment threw me. But I don't know how they would show Cas in his original form - new or otherwise - on a CW budget. Bigger than the Chrysler Building doesn't scream budget effects. Still, why would a new angel need a human form? Many questions? Weeks to go before we get answers. As Misha would say, frowny face.
ReplyDeleteSera is running it but Kripke is still the creator and an executive producer. No doubts that how he wants it to end will be how it ends, provided he is given ample notice that it is going to end. That being said, we are getting a season 7 so no worries there.
ReplyDeleteThis is really starting to annoy me that there hasn't been confirmation on season 7 yet. The writers need to know whether they're coming back or not while wrapping up this season.
ReplyDeleteBe comforted! We've found at least two other people besides us, I think that's probably enough to start a club. :)
ReplyDeleteBut it can't be Jimmy so it,s not misha.
ReplyDeleteAnd the stupid me had this mental image of Misha playing a kid LOL like if we could age him back somehow... yeah supernatural makes me crazy!
lol the art of explaining a simple words with big ones HHAHAHA thanks, I got it i think :P
ReplyDeleteMe too - when they are someone's grandma. Not so much when they are strangers.
ReplyDeleteAlternatives? Now you're expecting a bit much of a minor characters, Sam and Dean don't even come up with alternatives. Because maybe the poltergeist could hide his presence, so it's not her fault. Have to go, lovely Missouri discussion yavemiel.
ReplyDelete:S This summer I was ready for it to end after s7... now not so much ahaha! its not even started !!! damn....... I think the hellatus is getting to me
ReplyDeleteI think it's possibly just that they didn't have time to flesh out a plot further in the 40 mins available to them. Lol, it's probably a good thing you have to go, the space in which I'm writing has become ridiculously narrow. I enjoyed our debate too, talk to you again sometime. :)
ReplyDeletePoor coffee table...
ReplyDeleteHey guys. Disqus has been acting really ugly for a while and I have not been able to talk here. Was really starting to irritate me. Happy that is finally working for me.
ReplyDeleteI am more concerned about the curve balls for the boys. In SPN terms this means taking something that is comfortable and known to the boys and twisting it inside out. What will that be?
Not trusting Cas or Cas doing something bad to the boys b/c he has no choice b/c of the war in heaven.
Something to do with Sam? If it has to be a conclusion to the war in heaven???
Mary is in purgatory??
A world with no Bobby? Who would have came up with that stupid idea? I liked Missouri but I could not handle her for 6 seasons.
No freakin amulet!! Really???!!!! Show us the significance of it and then trash it. I am not even talking about the whole GOD detector. I am talking about the connection btw the brothers. Man that is just the wrong choice.
Angels are children. WTH? I can't even wrap my head around that one.
I sooo want this stupid hiatus to be over. Seriously why???!!!!! Didn't we sufferr enough thru the Winter one :(
Am I really the only one who doesn't give a rat's behind about the amulet?
ReplyDeleteIt's weird, whatever way I read that snippet, I just assumed that it would be Misha Collins playing a younger Cas, I imagine angel babies as having the same 'adult' form as it were, but just being incredibly immature. Plus, as far as we know, baby could mean 100 years old, they are immortal, so who knows how fast they mature.
ReplyDeleteBased on the comments here, looks like it! :)
ReplyDeleteThe Cas as a child comment is interesting. My immediately thought was that maybe not all angels start as angels. Maybe Cas was born as a human child, lived a good, pious life and became an angel when he died? Just a thought. Besides that God created them (which he created basically everything in the show's universe) we don't know that much about the background of angels.
ReplyDeleteShocking twists? Whoo-hoo I hope it's super angsty as is usual in SPN. Poor Winchester boys, they can't catch a break ever. I really think Sam's time as Robo-Sam is going to come back to bit them in the ass somehow. Just hope that because of Dean's comment at Rufus' grave it doesn't serve to break the boys apart again after they're just getting it together again.
BRING THE AMULET BACK! Nobody, absolutely no fan in their right mind believes that Sam left something that important to their relationship in the trash bin after Dean dropped it and walked out. Sam has it, fans are certain of this, now the show just has to have Sam give it back to Dean in some sort of touching moment of brotherly awesome.
I was going to post a poll later this week about what we think the major twist was going to be, but why not start it here. My take:
ReplyDeleteCas has been secretly working with Crowley the entire time in order to win the angel war. Cas did that burn thing knowing beforehand that it would get them both exactly what they wanted. When Crowley shows up again, Cas picks him over the Winchesters leading to betrayal on a cosmic level (or normal SPN). Rachel will have something to do with it to.
So that's my opinion, but I'm rarely correct when it comes to SPN finales.
Usually... or rather: almost always I am the one to think and feel about EVERYTHING differently as other people do, so I'm not that surprised xD
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely true! No way Sam left it there, especially since he was the last one to leave the room. It should have been given back to Dean in Like a Virgin.
ReplyDeleteYou should still do the poll. I have a few theories that would come out about as long as a typical Rochey comment.
ReplyDeleteThat sounds like an interesting idea. Definitely need to start that poll b/c there are suppose to be a few curve balls. I just started with Cas b/c everyone has been discussing is questionable decisions that he has to make in order to win the war in heaven. That would be soo sad for him to betray them but then again they are human and not angels. You would have to look at the decision that he would have to make. I mean I honestly believe that Dean would choose Sam over Cas. So why shouldn't Cas choose his own brothers over Dean. Please don't be mad at me just playing Devil's Advocate there :)
ReplyDeleteUnless it was on Sam when he went to Hell and it's location is now lost behind the wall.
ReplyDeleteI agree with you. Cas has his own war and for him, it is bigger than the Winchesters, who in all fairness, he has only known for 3 years. He's been an angel for 100's, if not more. And yes, Dean would throw Cas under the bus in a heartbeat if he had to choose between him and Sam.
ReplyDeleteThe angels had been acting out, going against orders, acting on their own with orders from God, fighting one another over what to do about Lucifer.... Basically, they are acting like over-caffeinated schoolboys having spitwad fights while the teacher is out of the classroom. Heaven, the house of angels, was not in order with God out of their lives. That was the seed of the "War in Heaven" proper in my mind. Most wars do not pop out of nowhere... they have foundations and histories, the tinder is laid before the spark ignites it. The War seemed inevitable to me in season 5.
ReplyDeleteMaybe we'll get it back during the finale (spontaneously, of course--this is supernatural :P), when it starts to glow/vibrate in the presence of GOD. This is me wanting the writers to kill 2 or however many birds they can with one stone!
ReplyDeleteSurprises + Supernatural = ORGASM. They're known for their bountiful surprises during the finale. I really––REALLY––want the amulet back. It can't be gone. I just can't believe that.
ReplyDeleteI have a feeling we're gonna get it. I swear, ever since I can remember watching Supernatural, there's always been a scare of it being canceled EVERY damned season. It's now season 6, and this show is still kickin' ass!
ReplyDeleteI've been assuming it's coming back since that's what everyone keeps saying, but I'm so sick of shows being cancelled and show runners not being given enough notice to wrap things up properly. Two recent examples: Dirty Sexy Money and Life on Mars (the U.S. version). The final episodes were really pathetic. I think the viewing audience would have less fear of investing in a story if there was some kind of understanding that shows would have at least a half or full season to wrap things up if the networks decided to pull them.
ReplyDeleteRegarding Missouri: Some people need to shut the hell up, with your talk of striking her down, or putting her to death. The comments I always see from certain individuals (who should *&#^ing know better in my opinion) about Missouri are always ridiculous. I find it hysterical that you take her little jabs at the brothers and then write her up to be the villain of all villains, and then have the nerve to say much MUCH worse things about her... Yeah, she was mean, but everyone, EVERYONE on this freakin' show has an attitude. Just cause she spit out a couple of one-liners and had a dominant demeanor doesn't mean she should be hated so much. Sam and Dean have certainly been through worse than a woman speaking her mind and gettin' some shoes off her coffee table.
ReplyDeleteIt could be something that is saved until a dire moment in season 7 :)
ReplyDeleteDon't hold back, Wilson. Tell us what's really on your mind. lol.
ReplyDeleteI don't get the Missouri hate either. While I never felt the need to see her again, she was just on one episode and I didn't have strong feelings one way or the other.
Okay. I just wanted to kill someone with my bloodthirsty wiffle bat.
ReplyDeleteWell, while I agree it's been taking a lot of air time (well, spoken of more than actually taking air time) war isn't exactly something that just starts and ends...usually it's a long and painful back-and-forth until the vacuum of power is filled with someone who can finally restore order. Now take that and apply it to the entire world... I bet centuries could pass before a hostile environment in heaven is settled. So while we may not like it, having a war in heaven last a total of 5 months just isn't even quasi-realistic. (you know, even though a wendigo isn't realistic either...)
ReplyDeleteI call it a fantasy... It's not fiction based on science...it's fiction based on biblical and pagan faith/ideals.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely spot on. And yet I still do not like the angels, Apocalypse or War in Heaven storylines. It's a personal taste thing, and I never like angels in on TV unless they are NAMED Angel, have fangs and are written by Joss Whedon.
ReplyDeleteWhile I completely agree with air time vs real time in theory, if The Apocalypse was done in a season, why can't The War in Heaven?
I feel exactly the same way.
ReplyDeleteAfter 99 Problems, I was really surprised when I started to see that people were wondering when it might come back. And I never got why this question kept coming up every now and then, because there has always been MUCH more pressing issues.
And now that the brothers' relationship is back to the way it was, and with Dean forgiving Sam in ATTWN, I see no reason for it's return.
Apocalypse is sort've a "BOOM! Errybody dead!"
ReplyDeletenot the same thing as a war.
Still, I actually agree, it's boring and starting to irk me...
I've been thinking exactly the same thing. It was entirely too easy for Cas to find and burn Crowley's bones. After Sam and Dean found them you'd think an intelligent little demon like Crowley would've hidden them better. It all looked to contrived to me.
ReplyDeleteAgain. I could not agree more. There is nothing Science Fiction about SPN.... It is Fantasy Horror like Vampire Dairies True Blood, Being Human and all their ilk. And then shows like Legend of The Seeker, Xena, Hercules are Fantasy Adventure.,, not SciFi either.. I did not include Game of Thrones because I reserve Game of Thrones it's own category... Epic Fantasy!
ReplyDeleteKeep waiting because it is likely to be May upfronts before we get an official confirmation. The CW is still getting the pilots they ordered together. They have to see the end results and probably do some market tests. Last year, we got an early confirmation, but that was the only time. My guess is that even though they know VD and SPN are going to be renewed, they don't want to say anything until they have a more concrete idea of what their schedule will look like come fall.
ReplyDeleteThere is very little chance that Supernatural will NOT be renewed. I think I am more certain this year than any other year since it began. When even Dawn Ostroff says it's pretty much a done deal, there's less to be angsty about.
She's not the villain of all villains - not even close. Those I tend to like. She was simply one of the most irritating one-shot characters ever to grace the SPN screen. We have just as much a right to hate her as you do to love her. It's not like we are talking about your mom. We all reserve the right to squee/vent about the fictional characters that made our day or made us want to rip our hair out. Feel free to squee and defend Missouri as much as you want. Neither of us will change the other's opinion one jot. :-P
ReplyDeleteI believe there will be Season 7. I really do. I've never doubted it. I am excited about what is coming up.
ReplyDeleteAgain, you've come fairly close to expressing my feelings exactly. I don't hate Missouri. I simply found her incredibly annoying.
ReplyDeleteI wish Missouri had returned for Devil's Trap. She would be a great character (instead of Bobby who I find lame and boring).
ReplyDeleteI love Missouri Mosley! Loretta Devine is great actress!
ReplyDeleteLoretta Devine recently landed an ongoing role as aunt Honey on ABC family's "The Great State of Georgia", so I hope she simply won't have the time to return as Missouri.
ReplyDeleteScheduling conflicts. :)
Woha, talk about spoiler overload!
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to see the remaining 6 episodes!
Now CW spill it already, there has to be season 7!!
i hope kripke never gets to use his coda, the way he would have ended it is just aweful both trapped in torment forever that would have been THE worst ending to any show i could ever imagine and now it is probably everyone ends up dead.he d never give an uplifting ending that doesn t ruin the whole series, sth like both driving to next case in a weve got work to do mode.he just seems like when it s over and he doesn t need fans/ratings anymore and noone can change it he just burns the whole show down just for the purpose of-burning it all down.which doesn t equal good story telling, neither do all the deaths just for the sake of killng as many as possible.so i rather wish hed leave this to sera since she is showrunner now and god save us from kripkes coda(yepthat swhat he means by knowing where teh charcaters end up-he would have left bobby/cas dead too after ss, wow so imaginative-not. to kill al charcters just cause you don t have to deal with the fallout anymore. plus they have already been to hel and dead why let the charcaters go through everything coming back from the dead etc just to nullify everything again just because he wants to end teh show on his stupid coda?
ReplyDeleteThat is great news - thanks! Now I have another show to check out and I can rest easy that we won't get a recurring role in season 7.
ReplyDeleteI just had to get that out. :P
ReplyDeleteSay WHAAAAAAAAAAAAATTTTT?????
ReplyDeleteO.o
Bob is mah favorite character. :(
Now breath... Man, I love this show!!! Season 7 please, and with Eric "the man" Kripke.
ReplyDeleteI am not sure exactly where to direct this question, but since it has to do with Paley Fest and Supernatural, I thought this would be the best place. Are there any DVDs available from past Paley Fests where Supernatural has been featured? I tried amazon and there are some on there from other shows, there is nothing from Supernatural. Are there any sites that would sell them? If someone could find out an answer for me that would be great!
ReplyDelete
