    Uh oh. It's the day after airing and only 16 people have voted and no comments. The Chicago Code is not catching on here at this site. Too bad, it's a good show. In last night's episode our heroes recovered a kidnapped boy, son of a drug dealer. Liam is still sorting through his feelings after accidentally killing a man in the line of duty, and Caleb continues to unrelentingly ride his partner, Jarek, about his personal failings. Billy Bush shines in his role of Liam, and I love Matt Lauria as Caleb. Delroy Lindo is as believable a Chi-town alderman as can be. Beals is great also but I wish she'd just use her natural Chicago accent and stop overpronouncing her D's. Bush and Lauria, on the other hand, sound exactly like the typical Chicagoan and I love every scene they are in.

    This show is shot locally and it's a thrill to see familiar sights every week: the skyscrapers, Buckingham fountain, the bungalows. I like this show very much.
