this show DOES entertain in a very beautiful way.. really liked this episode.. Characters are written AND acted perfectly .. each character stand as an individual on their own .. In this episode, the idea of most characters going through some personal matters without overdoing it, is quite impressive. We got a lot to learn about them & it's getting interesting with every new insight into who they are. All actors/writers are doing a really great job acting/writing on/for this show and making us love them more each week. It's a very unique piece of TV & it's going strong. ABSOLUTELY WORTH EVERY MINUTE OF WATCHING IT.
This show gets better and better. It's time for me to stop fussing about Clarke's accent--it's improving. He still has the Australian tendency to drop his r's (we in Chicago wrestle the letter R to the ground), but he's becoming believable. Beals, Lauria, and Lindo are absolutely perfect. I still have issues with the whole "Irish mob" idea. We never use the word "mob" and the Irish haven't been a problem since, maybe, the 1920s.
What I especially DO love is the authenticity of the Chicago look. The interior of an apartment has been rehabbed in Arts and Crafts style--yup, that's familiar. And did I ever feel sad when Liam set it on fire. That woodwork was gorgeous!
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
