Nathaniel Parker has joined the cast of BBC One fantasy drama Merlin for the show's fourth run.
Digital Spy has learned exclusively that the Inspector Lynley Mysteries star will play Agravaine, the uncle of Arthur (Bradley James).
Parker recently appeared in ITV drama Injustice and has also made guest appearances on Lewis and Hotel Babylon.
His film credits include the role of Caspian's father in The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader and 2007's St. Trinian's.
The fourth series of Merlin was originally expected to run for ten weeks but it was recently confirmed that the show will return for a full thirteen episodes.

I will hope more face time for him means less for Gwen..... but I know it does not......
ReplyDeleteI beg your pardon? What is wrong with Gwen??
ReplyDeleteAgreed... she sort of looks like a female Bob Hope. And anyway her acting's sort of lukewarm. Only thing she really has is a cool accent and I'm betting that's not all that uncommon in England... =P
ReplyDeleteYay for more Merlin! Love this show! ;D
ReplyDeleteWhy single her out? She is a beautiful girl kind hearted, hardworking, unassuming, sensible young woman with a strong moral fibre. In today's generation where more young women are more concerned about how they look and what they have rather than character building, she is an excellent role model- the beauty that counts and lasts is what is inside. I am so glad that Gwen is portrayed like she is in the story. She is one of the main reasons why the series is so wholesome. Love, love her.
ReplyDeleteI DONT UNDERSTAND WHY U DONT LIKE GWEN SHE IS A BEAUTIFUL GIRL GOOD ACTRESS AND NATURAL BEAUTY I LOVE HER
