    Sorry if this has been said before but I've just had a rather interesting and shocking thought if I do say so myself!
    What if William Bell's reappearence is when he takes over Fauxlivia's baby as this would work with what we've seen in the trailers for 3x18 and John Noble's comment about him coming back at the end of the same episode!?!

    It could be that episode 18 has a "flash" to our universe at the end, to show us what happened there in the meanwhile and to trigger the events of episode 19 (a bit like it was for episodes 6 and episode 14)... So I don't think that Bell is involved with this baby stealing thing, but who knows :)
