Army Wives - Won't find out who died until halfway through episode

22 Mar 2011

Army Wives' March 27 episode is not to be missed. "A soldier's death will be revealed that will rock everyone," promises Sally Pressman, who plays Roxy. "It's the best episode we've shot in all five years." Sally tells me the killed-off actor was informed of his fate before the rest of the cast was clued in. "It was sad, but we had a going-away roast for the person and tried to treat it with humor," Sally says. Expect no such laughs on screen, where the friends will gather for a teary funeral. Previews Sally, "You see the funeral happening, but won't find out until the middle of the episode who is in the coffin. It's raw emotion that will be felt for many episodes to come."

  1. Oh God, how are we supposed to wait that long? And it's so Chase.

  2. I think Chase because the actor who plays him is in a new show. It will be sad but He is the easiest person to leave because Pam & Chase are separated.

  3. Its frank....I seen a photo of the cast with Pamela pregnant and Chase was in it (somewhere on the web) - Frank wasn't. Then Jermy & whats her name gets married and live in Daddy's house with Dennise...just my guess......crazy huh

  4. Pamela isn't pregnant, though. And I doubt she will be.

I don't think it's Frank. You probably saw an old picture.

  9. It better not be Michael, that's all I can say BUT there was a spoiler that said Brian MacNamara is gonna direct an ep soon so he must still be on the show! YAY! :D

I hope it's not Jeremy cause they've already killed off one of the Wives children in the show when they blew up Amanda *tear* so it would be kinda crap if they repeated that storyline.

I have a horrible feeling it IS Jeremy though :S or Frank maybe which would suck ass!

    I'm kinda hoping it's Chase. He's--although I hate to say it--expendable.

  14. They pulled up during the party at Claudia Joy's house. How would they have known all the women would be there, and which women would be there? Unless that part wasn't thought out, I would expect them there to see her. Do they tell her first before the actual wife?

  15. In the previews for next week, the women are sitting at the funeral and Claudia Joy's daughter is there from college. So, in order for her to come home for a funeral, I would think it would have to be her dad or Jeremy.

  16. I was thinking they knew there was a bridal shower going on.

  17. The first season Pamela was pregnant.

  18. It's Chase. He said it wanted out of the show.

  19. My take on it: Frank is in the promo ordering the firing of the guns at the cemetery so it's not him. Chase is mentioned in a future episode's description, so I don't think it's him. Also, killing him is too expected, predictable, and would not "rock everyone." I think it's either General Holden, Trevor, or Jeremy. I'm leaning toward Jeremy because killing the other 2 would ruin a big part of the show and CJ's daughter is at the funeral, which wouldn't make sense if it was Trevor.
