    Phew, that was intense! I think I'm siding with Diane/Alicia/Cary for a new firm. Of course Will is excellent but lately he has been acting out in ways that worry me :/

    Yeah, I think TPTB planned that Alicia will join Diane, but normally she would never do this, so they had to show the dark side of Will.
