Fringe - Characters of the Week - The Final
6 Jan 2011
Cancelled Shows PollsHey Guys,
The final for the Character's of the Week is ready to go, and for Fringe fans to pick who has been the best character in only one episode over the show's run. The final three who made the final, from the first half of season three are 'Milo Stanfield' from 'The Plateau', 'Christopher Broyles' from 'The Abducted' & Roland Barrett from the latest episode 'Marionette.' On the whole I would say the final is a good reflection on my picks for the best characters of the week, and my top 5 or so are definitely in which is great to see.
The main change for the final, is that you only get one vote. It's much tougher, but only the best can win, and that's up to us to find out.
You can view the previous polls here:
Season 1 - 1.01/1.10
Season 1 - 1.11/1.20
Season 2 - 2.01/2.11
Season 2 - 2.12/2.22
Season 3 - 3.01/3.09
Also thanks to Fringepedia for the excellent little images to remind people who everyone is :)
Don't forget, if there is any other polls or questions you would like me to run related to Fringe (or any show for that matter), then feel free to email me at my shiny new email, adamdharris@spoilertv.com.
Vote, thanks for playing and get ready for 28th of Jan when Fringe Fridays begin...

I pledge my allegiance to the best singular Character of the Week of any show in my opinion, Alistair Peck from White Tulip, such a great episode.
ReplyDeleteThanks for playing along with this little set of polls I've run here, if you have any other Fringe or any show related polls you would like to see run, let me know :)
Alistair Peck! All glory to Alistair Peck
ReplyDeleteDarthLocke: This was SUPER hard, but I picked Christine Hollis for mythological reasons. It is from this episode, and an affection of her in which we may learn that the Observers not only have a way to predict future events, but that they have an agenda to not interfere with most people. It gives us a clue that events/variables can be switched, that the Observers can "feel" for others, that they have a specific agenda, and that in this case, Walter Bishop appears to be 'a to go to person' for answers....
ReplyDeleteMilo Stanfield - The Plateau
ReplyDeleteWell, I favor Carla Warren because she tried to stop Walter and because her death led to his commitment.
ReplyDeleteI didn't even bother looking at the other options again, I just scrolled right down to Alistair Peck.
ReplyDeleteSoooo difficult!!
ReplyDeleteIt was between The Child (Inner Child), Alistair Peck (White Tulip) and Christopher Broyles (The Abducted)
I went for Christopher Broyles - The Abducted because i remember he made me cry... :| Such a tough decidion! The Child was awesome, loved his connection to Olivia! And Alistair Peck was great, White Tulip was incredible!

ReplyDeleteSlight mistake, but Fringe returns on the 21st. I don't mean to be excessively concerned with the details, but this is a pretty important one... We certainly wouldn't want people to read that and get the wrong date set in their minds and miss the actual return!
My vote went to Carla. I've been rather intrigued by her character since we first heard about the lab assistant who died in the fire, and actually seeing her in Peter made me even more certain that she is one of my favorite guest characters on the show. I hope we will be seeing her again!
You can't go wrong with Robo-Cop!
ReplyDeleteWell, I'm glad to see that my three favorites are the three most voted characters, but for me first is The Child, second is Milo Stanfield and third is Alistair Peck. Dr. Peck was awesome, but Milo and the Child made me feel I was seeing an incredibly misterious character that I could care so much for...
ReplyDeleteI wasn't unsure about voting Alistair Peck or Milo Stanfield, but even though I prefer "The Plateau" over "White Tulip", I vote Alistair over Milo.
