    Yes. The new actor playing Little Shawn has been photoshopped into the picture to replace the previous actor playing Little Shawn. (At least, that's how it looks to me.)

    yes you're exactly right - the young actor who played Little Shawn had hit a growth spurt and he couldn't play his role so they tried to find a new actor.
