There's trouble afoot on this week's House when a suspected outbreak of smallpox hits Princeton-Plainsboro! Despite the insistence of medical officer Dr. Broda (guest star Dylan Baker), House remains unconvinced that the terrible disease had made a comeback, going to extreme lengths to prove his point and save a deteriorating patient. Check out our ten tantalising hints at what's coming up below!

1. The episode begins with a flashback to a Dutch slave ship.

2. An unexpected guest aboard the ship could provide the answer that House is looking for.

3. House and his team become trapped in the hospital.

4. What looks like smallpox, but isn't smallpox?

5. A web-cam stripper helps the team diagnose a patient.

6. "I have to deal with a very sick man".

7. Cuddy forgives House for his deception last week. Or does she?

8. "What I need is more important than what you're doing."

9. Wilson and Sam consider taking a big step in their relationship.

10. House risks his life to prove a point, but he may have made the wrong decision.

I almost thought this was a Richard-centric episode!

  2. LOL!! But i agree, since that Lost episode the phrase "slave ship" is directly linked with Richard Alpert.
