    1) What Browser and version are you using? (Normally Help, About will tell you)
    2) Do you have any Popup/Ad Blockers installed?
    3) Have you tried clearing your cache (http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache)
    4) Do you have the latest version of Adobe Flash (http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/?promoid=BUIGP)
    5) Does it happen if you use another browser like Chrome?
    6) Are you at Home or in an Office/Work?

    thanks for the response... I use the latest firefox, but it's still not workins. I cleared the cache also. I think I'm having problems watching any of community videos from nbc. But i just watched another promo from NBC player (for The Cape) and it worked out. Maybe there are country restrictions (I'm in Brazil), or something, I don't know. Thanks anyway

    Hmm, very odd. I'm in the UK so sometimes we get blocked also but
    these work fine for me.

    Maybe when you get a few spare minutes you can try Google Chrome. I
    never have problems anymore with Videos/Flash since I moved away from
    Firefox to Chrome (Plus it's a LOT quicker ;) )
