The Whole Truth - Replaced tonight by a Chilean miners special

ABC has just announced plans to pre-empt tonight's airing of the low-rated "The Whole Truth" to air the special "20/20" edition "Miracle at the Mine."

Not a good sign for "The Whole Truth," which remains on life support. But audiences can't get enough of those saved Chilean miners, as their recovery captivated the world last night (and continues today).

    I think that this says volumes about ABC's opinion of The Whole Truth. ABC could of put the miner's special in the time slot where My Generation used to be but, instead, they preempt a first run episode of a new series. The Whole Truth is done for. ABC did something similar with Eastwick last fall.
