    They show every character who has had a profound effect on Clark's life...except the one who was there for six years: LEX LUTHOR. You know, the bald guy who is, according to Superman legend, Clark's greatest nemesis? Yeah, that guy... I realize he's no longer part of the show but neither is Lana Lang (thank goodness -- the show's creators certainly did enough to cram her down the viewers' throats AND make her more important than she ever was in the comics). I just think if you're going to recap The Man of Steel's journey from alien orphan to greatest superhero of all time, you really need to show one of the reasons he chose to battle against all the evil in the world. Just sayin'...
