Loved the episode. I want to know the significance of the episode starting with music and ending in silence.
I don't like to make predictions, mine usually are wrong anyway, but what you present are interesting. I say Joan's husband becomes disabled in Vietnam.
I don't think Peggy will walk away from Sterling Cooper... mostly because of Don. Based on what happended last week, he doesn't just like her, he kinda needs her.
And Betty and Don being back together is every non-Mad Men like. They might sleep together once again, that I believe to be possible, but get together, no. I find Mad Men to be a very pessimistic show and they living like a happy family again would be totally contrary to what they've been building so far.
Something will happen to Joan's husband, that's for sure, but I don't know if he'll die. Becoming disabled is a good prediction, too.
This was a pretty interesting episode. Based on what I saw here are my predictions for what will happen at the end of the season: 1. Peggy walks away from Sterling Cooper Draper Pryce to take a job as a Creative Director at another firm 2. Don and Betty will be back together again at the end of the season (that's based on their body language throughout the episode) 3. Joan's husband dies at the basic training camp or he goes over to Vietnam and dies Just my predictions. Comments? Agree? Disagree?
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
