    You do know that it wasn't her choice to leave right? The network execs decided they wanted to "refresh" the show so they decided not to renew her contract and they're getting rid of Paget at the end of the season too. She didn't want to leave, she was pushed out. They're complete idiots in other words. The show didn't need to be refreshed. But at least the show's producers are giving her a dignified exit instead of just dropping her.

    No actually I had no idea that they were such idiots... Sad... I guess I am sort of glad that I do not have cable any more and that CBS is stupid enough to not air Criminal Minds online... Not only is she a great part of the show, but Paget is as well. I wonder who they will get to replace them? They will need two strong and beautiful, yet believable female actresses to do it... Are they going to get rid of all the guys on the show too??

    Refreshed. The saying, "If it aint broke don't fix it." Comes to mind about now... I guess that should not surprise me either, considering how out of touch most TV execs are with the viewing public... Morons.

    This is going to be a sad episode. I enjoyed the premiere, despite knowing it was her second to last episode. But, I'm not sure I can be objective about this one. Even though she's getting a respectful and dignified exit, I don't know that I'll be able to see this episode as anything but the last episode with JJ.

    It kind of does not surprise me though. As a character she has been not liking what she has to deal with more and more, so she has been in a way distancing herself... and she always wants to be with her son at home...

    I think her character is mirroring parts of her own life. After all, they did write her pregnancy into the script and since she does have a new baby at home, I think she probably wants to be a Mom for a while; more than she wants to work so much on a set in Hollywood.

    But it is still sad to see her leave, she will be missed. :(
