    I thought Eric Millegan said in an interview with Michael Ausiello from TV Guide that Brennan and Booth will go to England in the season premiere, but this episode title suggests that they go in episode 5. Does all this confusion come from the order of shooting? Were the first four episodes shooted durig season 3 and #4.05 is the actual first episode of season 4?

    Yes he did also the Season Permire is Suppose to take place in England London So this is actually the first episode of Season 4

    Okay, that was the confusing part, that he was speaking of the "season premiere" but meant the first episode they shot in season 4. Tans for your help rzappa!
