There is no way to redeem it, even though I'll stick to the end. It's boring without Conrad. Killing off all the Graysons was a mistake. Season 3 finale, minus David Clarke coming back should have been the series finale. I still hope they'll find a way to improve the show though!
I think there are many ways to redeem this show: 1) The writers need to look back to season 1 and bring back some characters. If they brought back Tom Kingsley, Bill Harmon and all other people Emily destroyed, that would be awesome. They could Team up against Emily since they know her real Identity now 2) Mason Treadwell IS coming back which i find very good and important! He still has to publish the book Emily Made him write. If the writers are creative enough, they could still make an interesting storyline about this, even if it only is a "B-plot" 3) I know it would be bad writing, but bringing Conrad back would bring so many new storylines! I miss Conrad and he was excellent on the show. His death was done in a way where you COULD bring him back 4) Emily going to jail, which probably will happen regarding the Photo she posted. It would show how she struggles and the people around her have to help to get her out of there 5) we Still do not know much about her past with Takeda 6) Since the beginning i thought Ben was Conrad's son and i wished that Would have been the case. He would be there to avenge his father's death. Make These New characters interesting!!! All in all i do not think you could really reboot this show but you could make up New storylines to make it interesting again
we can talk about all possibilities , but at the end we are almost at the end of season 4(not season 1!!) there's nothing they can do to redeem the show (and they already tried to remake the show), at this point they should renew the show for a short 10-12 episode season 5 , and then end the show , just to reach the 100 episode goal.
1.Get rid of Ben & Margaux ASAP. 2.End the show with a bang without stretching it unnecessarily.A short 10-13 episode final season 5 should be more than enough to wrap everything up nicely. They destroyed the show by introducing the awful initiative storyline in early season 2 & then killed off many important characters to create a shock factor-Aiden,Conrad,Daniel ending the show in the process. The final nail in the coffin was david's entry this season which made the entire 3 seasons before this one a complete lie & pointless-There's no coming back from that IMO!
I think they need a different direction. If I had the task to make Revenge exciting again for a final 5th season, this is what I would do: 1_Margaux and Ben get killed/leave the show by the end of the season. Louise gets into the psychiatric once again, possibly thrown there by a very conflicted Nolan after she did something extremely crazy. 2_Prepare a season finale scenarion in which Victoria kills David. She gets her hands dirty on this one, just like with Aiden. 3_Have Emily be thrown in jail and let her find out that Victoria killed David. 4_Start the season with an awesome prison break plan; Emily's name remain dirty for the rest of the season. 5_Emily and Nolan work on the shadows to both clear Emily's name and take Victoria down. 6_Charlotte comes back for just 2 episodes and get killed on Emily and Victoria's crossfire. Patrick comes back, by the way, and he sdes with Victoria. 7_Victoria gets tons of people on her side and makes Emily public enemy number 1. 8_Emily sets up a plan in which Victoria is exposed for everything she has ever done, including her role on David's frame job and the fact that she killed David. 9_Victoria is set to go to prison, but Emily kidnaps her and leaves her on the pit David was being captive, so she won't have to kill her, but she will have to live on the same prison David did forever. 10_As Victoria is taken down, Nolan sets up his final take down with Patrick, and as he tells him that there is no way for them to be together as he chose Victoria over him, Nolan frames him and he is sent to prison.
11_Emily and Nolan have finally achieved their long vendetta against the Greysons and leave forever; Jack joins them with Carl, to finally leave the Hamptons once and for all. 12_On the final shot, Emily sets one last look to the beach house and then to the sea, and as a tear goes by her check she mutters "it's done, dad. Now you can rest." And she walks away with Nolan, Jack and Carl. Cut to black.
That would be the perfect final season/series finale scenario for me, but I don't believe the writers will go for it. At this point, I just want them to surprise me or something, because this season has been mostly a drag; it has had some stellar moments, but it has been incredibly dull at times
I really don't know! Think a redemption at this point isn't really possible. The show made to many mistakes over the course of season 2, especially that poor excuse of a storyline Mama Clarke got, not to mention the Initiative. I think a reboot Revenge story is possible. Use the same actors but a different story, make a summer show out of it giving them enough time to develop good stories and not blast all the good stuff out of Revenge, the actors would have time to do other stuff, etc etc.
After seeing how much Revolution improved from season 1 to 2 I learnt that nothing is impossible; what's needed here is writers that know that there is no place for filler here, and that develop a straight storyline rather than throwing everything at the wall to see what sticks.
There is still a chance for Revenge to be awesome again, but I don't trust the writers much at this point, save Ted Sullivan who has made the script for the best episodes this season
Thanks :), I've been giving it a lot of thought lately, and I honestly think this direction could be the perfect way to end Revenge. If it was executed well, I think we would be up for an awesome final ride for season 5
I think we need Pablo to be the writer and i Would like to join. Imagine if some fans, fans who still watch and know what they are talking about, help them write the final season if it were to get one? It will never happen!!!! However, it would be so cool
Maybe we should tweet them this poll to them. It could help if they saw the ideas and the complains people have. Criticism is always a way to improve, and I think looking at it could make the writers take a look back at what were the hit and miss of this season and prepare one awesome final ride
I like most of these ideas; I'd like the idea of everyone whose life Emily destroyed coming back to form a legion of doom-esque group for the final season. It could be amazing, especially if they side with Victoria.
I wouldn't bring Conrad back. As much as I miss him, the dead must remain the dead. Bringing David back was already asking the audience too much, and this could backfire easily. That being said, if the writers managed to find an organic way to make Conrad's comeback work, then I'd be up for it, but it sounds really unlikely.
Takeda's backstory is a must, especially since her daughter Niko is still around; there is a great story there, I know it.
I see a lot of potential in these storylines and I surely would love to see them developed on the show
Let's hope ABC gives Revenge the chance to close the curtains; it would have been a really dick move not to announce this as the final season to then just outright cancel the show
I think that Pablo stated everything in how revenge should be rebooted perfectly, but I would also like some of revenges season 1 writers to come back cause besides Ted and Sallie I'm not sure if I trust these writers. I think what would make the series finale even more satisfying is if Mike Kelley came back and ended the show the way he wanted. Bottom line is Revenge could easily be much better show in terms of writing, if they just cut down the filler and replace it with action.
It could work either way; if Emily dies a hero by the end of the show that would be a reasonable way to go, but I'd rather have her walk alive in the end
Wow dude, you should invest in writing. Those ideas sound very very good. I confess that I would prefer if someone other than David was killed again (Jack?, even Nolan?) as it would otherwise feel a bit like deja vu and would render all of this season pointless. But that's a personal preference. Those idea sound insanely good and I would love a season in which Emily had to evade prison and would have to work from the shadows while running from the police, such a different set up! I think a problem with this season is the Victoria character. The show was built on it being Emily vs. Victoria and they had plenty of material to let them remain at each other's throats after the season finale, especially with Aiden's death. However, they went for a common enemy thing and had them fight on the same side, which I also loved, but I think if they were going to do that, they had to keep Malcom Black as a season long villain or something. It didn't work to have the Emily-Victoria storyline resolved and your ideas would reinstall it as the main relationship of the show.
After seeing that pic from the finale with emily in jail there's no way that they could end it like that. Now revenge definitely needs that short final season.
Thanks :). Fun fact: I do invest on writing, on my books projects and I'm actually setting up to publish my second book.
Ok, now with the shameless self promotion out of the way: my choose for David is a tricky one, but I went for it because it would drive Emily to the edge; as she had the chance to spend time with him and rebuild a relationship his death would drive her to her absolutely best in terms of revenge planning while also making her go to an absolutely new state of grief which could be explore for great drama while the show tries the prison break set up for the season.
But Jack could work too. I would not kill Nolan for the work, Emily absolutely needs him to execute her plans and he still has a lot to offer. Not to mention how awesome his character is.
I honestly appreciate your kind words, it's always nice to hear that one's ideas are good, especially when you are trying your best to be a writer :)
Re-watching all these moments reminded me why I love Revenge. Especially the last one with Emily leaving Victoria on the psychiatic; best moment so far!
I don't know if it was because I quit the show too early but I never felt Emily was really redeemable. I've tried to keep up and from what I've seen, I don't think she deserves a happy ending. I mean, look at all of the casualties in her path. Honestly, I think the end of the show should be her in jail or dead. No one who has caused that much damage gets to walk away with everything she wants, (I love Emily as a character though.)
That's great, I hope you are very successful in your endeavors, good luck with that ;)
I get your suggestion about David. I dunno though. I would rather see the bring back Kara Clarke and have a perfect family reunion and then Victoria killing her instead. Just so that it doesn't feel as repetitive. But it is a minor point.
Interesting idea for Kara; the thing is that, then, she would have to make a comeback in the following episodes and soon. If she just surged on the season finale it would have been too out of nowhere. However, I do want to see her again, there's a story there and a good one.
I think the last time she was acknowledge was when Emily was having blackouts and Nolan told her that maybe she is going down Kara's insanity path, but aside from that, it's like she wasn't even on the show
Aidens death hurt me a lot because it was such a pity way of going. I get that had to die (since the actor was leaving). I don't mind Conran gone he was so over the top for my taste but served the story. Daniels death was done best of the three and so interesting distasteful/tragic how it's made public.
I just saw him on it and I thought "if the current revenge writers watched this it would be truly awkward". But some of the things said in the documentary are important, though I think they must already seen it or had a copy of it
I think what you've written is really good, but unfortunately that is not how I think it will play out at all and that they will wrap the story in the eps left this season. I think Victoria might burn down the Manor and fake her own death, take a page from Emily, because it would be ironic if Emily is charged with THE ONE CRIME she did not commit. OR White Gold takes out Margaux but Emily is still charged. Leaving it to David and Nolan to clear her name, after which David can sail off. I think Jack/Emily will wrap up in a few eps, there are far too many similarities between Nolan/Louise Jack/Emily. Jack has been left out for most of revenge and while Emily cares for him, she borderline pities him. They don't want the same things. I think they are taking it back to the pilot so the bromance Jack/Nolan is soon gone and Jack will end up owner of the Beach Club, going full circle. Since Charlotte is apparently coming back, my guess is that this addict might end up with the Jack addict, if we go by how Stevie sees him. Truthfully Charlotte/Jack have spent more time together than Emily/Jack. Poor Mason will be framed for burning of Manor. Ben will probably arrest Emily, but have little story left. Louise will be involved in Victoria's plans, to the point that Victoria is so indebted to her, she's got no choice but to be Louise's pet for the remainder of her days. Victoria might want to try to make Emily public enemy #1 but Mason knows the truth, and all the damage Margaux did to Nolan's rep is now unfounded with the reveal, so he has leverage. Nolan might be cornered by both Louise/Tony and have to explain how Emily/Amanda is his #1 priority, and end with Nolan meeting her outside prison gates. Not as exciting as your version!
"Get rid of all the minor characters and introduce new ones" --> Already done. There's only 4 characters left from season 1 and all the others have been added this season or last year. As for me I like the show just like it is right now. I want a final season 5.
We did saw it. David stabbed him, he was left on the curv, bleeding to death, with his eyes wide open and he wasn't moving. And then on this season premiere we were told he had died.
So there is like 99% chances that he is actually death. Bringing him back alive would need an explenation such as he suffered from an episode of catelepsy - I think that's how it is called -, or something of the sort, which is possible, but highly unrealistic
I feel the same. I loved the show on season 1, liked it on season 2 and 3 but something changes this season. I still like it but not in the same way as before. It's just not the same show anymore. They should have never ressurected David Clarke and this season hasn't a flashforward probably because the writers didn't know where they were going.
I mean i still LOVE revenge and i have liked season 4 a lot. However, I agree that something is just missing or not right about this season. They never should have introduced Louise and Ben, they are a complete waste. They should have had a flash forward and hopefully, if they do get a fifth season, they do one! In addition the narration is missing and the whole structure of the episodes are different. I do still like season 4 and hope that These next episodes will prove us all wrong.
More and more i am desperately hoping for a short fifth season. Revenge needs to end with people saying " that was one awesome last ride" this will probably not happen at the end of season 4. We need ALL storylines Concluded from Lydia to Patrick and revenge to be season 1 and 3ish for its last season. It needs a juicy flash forward, narration from Emily, and all the other typical revenge stuff ( e.g. fighting scenes). I think this would satisfy the Fans A LOT. Also those who have quit the show.
Me too! At first I liked the idea of them not having a flash forward, but then I realized it changed the structure of the episodes this season. Nevertheless, I still like this season and I do agree that they should've never introduced Ben and Louise and hope that they get rid of these 2 characters.
Me too! which is why I desperately want Revenge to get a short final season, I want it to be remembered as a great show, not a show that just got cancelled because it was bad. Not to mention, I think that a shorter season with an ending in sight will definitely make fans more forgiving of the show.
Get rid of Margaux. Now with Emily revealing herself bring back her old take downs as they try to take her down, but never do. Introduce a new character that seems really friendly, in the background have some revenge against Emily going on and later reveal it was that person. Have this person be a very old take down of Emily, like Lara from the The secret origin of Emily Thorne comic book. This show needs mystery, as we haven't had it since season 1, we've always known what is going on. Have some better villains like Conrad, because Victoria is getting boring and Malcolm and Margaux are awful. We need a villain that either loves being evil with no "I'm the victim here" or one that actually has a good reason to go after Emily - because most fans can't get behind Margaux and Victoria because they and Daniel are bad people so no one rly cares. But if you get someone who was Emily's collateral they'd have more fans rooting for them.
Lara would be perfect, she's Emily's equal in every way - she's highly deceptive, smart, and skilled in fighting that she even played Emily. She's also very cunning and sociopathic like Emily in season 1-2. We can also get more backstory of Emily from those years and how she became the Emily Thorne we know.
As for the poll, none of them really, just better plot lines, coz the writers are good. But being at 9 instead of 10 and better promotion would be great too.
Conrad got what was coming to him, we just didnt expect
A) Emily not to be one to 'kill' him B) They actually bring back David Clarke C) that it wasnt going to happen in the last couple of episodes of the series
I get what you mean but to me, they would have shown his CORPSE in the season premiere if he was really dead. I think he is but they left it open for him to return. Unlike Aiden or Amanda or Daniel.
What this show needs is a solid Revenge story line they stick with. I loved that they killed of Aiden at long last and brought back David Clarke, with a good story line in the works, but then they just wrapped it up midseason, just when it was about to start getting exciting.
To many bad story lines have been added in this show, like the initiative, Emily's mother, Patrick, Aiden, Ben and then Margaux is the top of the sinking iceberg. Luckily the wrap some up fast but the worst went on way to long and frankly Margaux is the whole problem now. She's just not an interesting character.
What I was hoping for in this story was a good and clever revenge where we would be shocked again and again, like season 1 started out to be. Then it became clear that there never really was any strong, thought out goal in the horizon. The whole plan was to marry Daniel and then... nothing. After that this story has been unfocused and characters taking on multiple personality changing back and forth, that have been messy.
The new writers started this season with a bang, it was good and fresh... and then they just gave up and they started to focus on Margaux, the most boring character of the show.
So the first thing this show needs is a strong solid REVENGE story, then stick with! Then, STOP giving out overhyped spoilers that ruin the surprises! Focus on the characters from season 1 and work on their stories! STOP the soapy drama filler stories, that no one cares about! Get rid of Margaux... and Ben!
Finally, I for one, really, REALLY want Emily and Jack to start happening, that is what this show has been about for me, right from the start, the most interesting story line from the pilot!
As much as it pains me to say- end it now well and go out with a bang before it gets worse!!! Kingmakers is a new fresh take. Time for new stories. The Emily/Amanda story has been too strung out. If there were to be season 5 it would have to be the last and have a major twist- like David being dirty all along
Read your points, here is what I think. 1. Margaux/Ben killed or leave is fine, Louise in psych ward - not so sure about that. 2 Fine, but Victoria will not kill the father of her child without very good reason, and it would completely ruin her as a two dimensional character. I don't see it. 3. Emily in jail, plenty of reasons for that - but unless it is for something she did not do, why would we root for her? She has committed many crimes and being thrown in jail is justified. Even IF Victoria kills David, David killed Conrad so the scales are not too out of balance, since Victoria also lost Daniel. 4. Prison break will also only work if Emily is innocent of the crime she's in jail for to drive the plot. 5. Ditto. 6. Reason for Charlotte to come back? Emily would have to be in hiding from everyone after a prison break, in the shadows as you say. How can Charlotte be killed in a crossfire between Victoria and Emily, if one is in the shadows and the other has killed your father? Patrick coming back and all the rest of the Patrick plot points. Redundant, Nolan does not have to frame him, Nolan already knows Patrick killed the priest and was an accomplice to his father's death. Patrick already sided with Victoria all of S3, it's recycling. 7. As long as Nolan is free, Victoria will have a hard time getting people on her side. He has more money, knowledge of the truth and is tech savvy enough to block any attempts for proof or in media. 8. Fine 9. David was never captive there, it was a complete fake. Isn't it better if Victoria has to live out in the open with humiliation? And if Emily/Nolan leave, who will keep Victoria alive in David's fake prison? 10. Already covered in #6 11. What exactly has Jack's purpose been in all of this before? What has he been doing? The points seem to revolve around Victoria/Emily/Nolan and to a less extent David, Charlotte, Patrick - but no mention of Jack until now? Don't get me wrong, this series had been so much better without him at all. 12. However the show ends, it must tie back to the original quote of digging two graves. So far the whole series is built on parallels. And for all the action in your points, I am trying to find the character growth, the journey that they would take us on, what they have learned and how it has changed them. From the pilot David asks Amanda to forgive, which he couldn't do - but ultimately the best revenge is having a good life.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
BRING BACK AIDEN AND HAVE EMILY AND AIDEN GET MARRIED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeletekill jack & end with nemily.

ReplyDeleteEmily doesn't belong in jail, she's not a criminal
ReplyDeleteShe a fraud!

ReplyDeleteNo thank you! Aiden (, his awful accent) and that boring revengeda destroyed the show in the first place.
ReplyDeleteLMFAO! Ur hilarious tofay! One blast after another.
ReplyDeleteWHAT??? Either you are kidding or you need to go to work for our "justice dept".
ReplyDelete1.Get rid of Ben & Margaux ASAP.

way past redemption. Get rid of the entire last season and end with connor's death

ReplyDeleteI agree, I hope that they will look at this. After all, these are some great ideas that they could use.
ReplyDeleteI think new Writers would fit perfectly. I hope they don't add any new characters it just would be a filler and not interesting.
ReplyDeleteWow dude, you should invest in writing.
ReplyDeleteAfter seeing that pic from the finale with emily in jail there's no way that they could end it like that. Now revenge definitely needs that short final season.
ReplyDeleteNo New writers is not a good idea IMo
ReplyDeleteWhat I mean by new writers I mean like the ones from season 1 or probably someone who actually cares about to show and the true fans
ReplyDeleteOh okay. Then i agree
ReplyDeleteOne thing the new writers have been doing perfectly are the fighting scenes. They have only been more epic and unique
ReplyDeleteWhy did they get rid of it in the first place? I think it was a very stupid idea.
ReplyDeleteThe writers' ideas this season are garbage compared to this. Well done!
ReplyDeleteThanks :). Fun fact: I do invest on writing, on my books projects and I'm actually setting up to publish my second book.
ReplyDeleteOk, now with the shameless self promotion out of the way: my choose for David is a tricky one, but I went for it because it would drive Emily to the edge; as she had the chance to spend time with him and rebuild a relationship his death would drive her to her absolutely best in terms of revenge planning while also making her go to an absolutely new state of grief which could be explore for great drama while the show tries the prison break set up for the season.

We need These moments again!
Thank you so much! I really appeciate it :)
ReplyDeleteI agree I loved it. Never found out why!
ReplyDeleteRe-watching all these moments reminded me why I love Revenge. Especially the last one with Emily leaving Victoria on the psychiatic; best moment so far!
ReplyDeleteI don't know if it was because I quit the show too early but I never felt Emily was really redeemable.
ReplyDeleteIKR!
ReplyDeleteI wonder what it will be this season
ReplyDeleteThat's great, I hope you are very successful in your endeavors, good luck with that ;)
ReplyDeleteI get your suggestion about David. I dunno though. I would rather see the bring back Kara Clarke and have a perfect family reunion and then Victoria killing her instead. Just so that it doesn't feel as repetitive. But it is a minor point.
This sounds better than the entire fourth season! I'd pay to watch this!
ReplyDeleteInteresting idea for Kara; the thing is that, then, she would have to make a comeback in the following episodes and soon. If she just surged on the season finale it would have been too out of nowhere. However, I do want to see her again, there's a story there and a good one.
ReplyDeleteThanks! Good to know you like these ideas :D
ReplyDeleteOther - make a shor final season and end it properly
ReplyDeleteI think the last time she was acknowledge was when Emily was having blackouts and Nolan told her that maybe she is going down Kara's insanity path, but aside from that, it's like she wasn't even on the show
ReplyDeleteBring back Conrad and make him kill David for good this time
ReplyDeleteI lived Aiden, but bringing him back makes no sense
ReplyDeleteI think that the writers need to watch this:
ReplyDeletehttp://www.showrunnersthemovie.com/
I'd like for the series to end like the Batman movie series; Emily fakes her death and disappears forever and moves to a place far, far away!
ReplyDeleteAidens death hurt me a lot because it was such a pity way of going. I get that had to die (since the actor was leaving). I don't mind Conran gone he was so over the top for my taste but served the story. Daniels death was done best of the three and so interesting distasteful/tragic how it's made public.
ReplyDeleteAt least Daniel's name got cleared,so that's something.
ReplyDeleteThis!
ReplyDeleteIt's too late!
ReplyDeleteMike Kelley is on it.
ReplyDeleteOther - Renew it for a short final season 5 with the same characters, writes, and network and give us a thrilling finale we deserve.
ReplyDeleteSadly, that ship has probably already sailed. We're stuck with the current writers/showrunner. Please give the show a proper finale!!
ReplyDeleteI just saw him on it and I thought "if the current revenge writers watched this it would be truly awkward". But some of the things said in the documentary are important, though I think they must already seen it or had a copy of it
ReplyDeleteThat would be another great way to go, and it would tie with Revenge's super hero elements
ReplyDeleteI would only approve a fifth Revenge season if that's the route it takes.
ReplyDeleteI think what you've written is really good, but unfortunately that is not how I think it will play out at all and that they will wrap the story in the eps left this season.
ReplyDeleteI think Victoria might burn down the Manor and fake her own death, take a page from Emily, because it would be ironic if Emily is charged with THE ONE CRIME she did not commit.
ReplyDeleteAs for me I like the show just like it is right now. I want a final season 5.
I mean, we never saw his body. He ain't dead. I need a body. Lol.
ReplyDeleteThis. From the second episode of season 4 i missed the narration and I still do.
ReplyDeleteWe did saw it. David stabbed him, he was left on the curv, bleeding to death, with his eyes wide open and he wasn't moving. And then on this season premiere we were told he had died.
ReplyDeleteSo there is like 99% chances that he is actually death. Bringing him back alive would need an explenation such as he suffered from an episode of catelepsy - I think that's how it is called -, or something of the sort, which is possible, but highly unrealistic
I think if Emily dies, she could have finally found her peace. I don't believe she is gonna be happily ever after. She is too anxious and revengeful.
ReplyDeleteI thought the question was how to best get revenge and redeem yourself. I was all ready to answer the question in detail, but yea nvm.
ReplyDeleteI still don't understand why they didn't do a flashforward this season...
ReplyDeleteI suppose there could of been possibilities, if they never went with bringing back David Clark.
ReplyDeleteNo one does. More ans more i am starting to understand that season 4 is practically a mess
ReplyDeleteI feel the same. I loved the show on season 1, liked it on season 2 and 3 but something
ReplyDeletechanges this season. I still like it but not in the same way as before.
It's just not the same show anymore. They should have never ressurected David Clarke and this season hasn't a flashforward probably because the writers didn't know where they were going.
I think that it was perhaps the writers wanted to try out something different, but sadly now I think they should've stuck to that formula.
ReplyDeleteI mean i still LOVE revenge and i have liked season 4 a lot.
ReplyDeleteMore and more i am desperately hoping for a short fifth season.
ReplyDeleteMe too! At first I liked the idea of them not having a flash forward, but then I realized it changed the structure of the episodes this season. Nevertheless, I still like this season and I do agree that they should've never introduced Ben and Louise and hope that they get rid of these 2 characters.
ReplyDeleteMe too! which is why I desperately want Revenge to get a short final season, I want it to be remembered as a great show, not a show that just got cancelled because it was bad. Not to mention, I think that a shorter season with an ending in sight will definitely make fans more forgiving of the show.
ReplyDeleteGet rid of Margaux.
ReplyDeleteHave some better villains like Conrad, because Victoria is getting boring and Malcolm and Margaux are awful.
Sadly, according to tvwise, Revenge will be cancelled...
ReplyDeleteAt this point, nothing is for sure yet. We won't know of its fate until May
ReplyDeleteTvwise also says cristela is certain to be renewed. That shows that it mean nth because cristela is a certain cancellation
ReplyDeleteThis article just came out today, but it says that its been reported that Revenge is set to be cancelled, I dont know if that means anything
ReplyDeletehttp://www.tvwise.co.uk/2015/04/broadcast-tv-buzz-the-following-stalker-to-be-cancelled-castle-renewal-decision-may-come-down-to-the-wire-more/
Conrad got what was coming to him, we just didnt expect
ReplyDeleteA) Emily not to be one to 'kill' him
B) They actually bring back David Clarke
C) that it wasnt going to happen in the last couple of episodes of the series
It's beyond redemption. The premise is exhausted. It must end with dignity.
ReplyDeleteI get what you mean but to me, they would have shown his CORPSE in the season premiere if he was really dead. I think he is but they left it open for him to return. Unlike Aiden or Amanda or Daniel.
ReplyDeleteAnything is possible, and besides this is not a very hard show to write, so I think that that they could easily redeem it.
ReplyDeleteBest way to redeem and improve Revenge IS TO END THIS SHOW IMMEDIATELY.
ReplyDeleteDidn't realize that lol
ReplyDeleteWhat this show needs is a solid Revenge story line they stick with. I loved that they killed of Aiden at long last and brought back David Clarke, with a good story line in the works, but then they just wrapped it up midseason, just when it was about to start getting exciting.
ReplyDeleteTo many bad story lines have been added in this show, like the initiative, Emily's mother, Patrick, Aiden, Ben and then Margaux is the top of the sinking iceberg.
ReplyDeleteYassss! 100% agree
ReplyDeleteRead your points, here is what I think.
ReplyDelete1.
8. Fine
9. David was never captive there, it was a complete fake. Isn't it better if Victoria has to live out in the open with humiliation? And if Emily/Nolan leave, who will keep Victoria alive in David's fake prison?
10. Already covered in #6
Have Emily and David expose Victoria for all her sins and have her publicly shamed.
ReplyDeleteExactly! Especially since his new show The Whispers will be on soon. I'm excited to see that. I loved Aiden (Barry Sloane)
