“Supernatural” favorite Jim Beaver will return to the hit CW series for its April 1 episode, Variety has learned exclusively.
In the episode, titled “Inside Man,” Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Castiel (Misha Collins) need a little help from someone in heaven, so they turn to Bobby (Beaver). Elsewhere, Dean (Jensen Ackles) and Rowena (guest star Ruth Connell) face off.

Bobby and Cas getting to share a scene again has been long overdo. Since he basically caused Bobbys death I expected them to at least talk once more in season 7 but that never happened.

ReplyDeleteDean and Rowena facing off doesn’t sound exciting although I’m sure that there are some special effects and stunts. It looks like Sam might actually have the better story this time around!
I hope Bobby can offer great insight. Has he seen John and Mary or even Abel in Heaven? What does he think about Sam having been ready to die after stopping the trials? Was it Death himself who Sam talked to when he was dying?

ReplyDeleteNext to Sam & Dean, Bobby is the best and most important character on Supernatural. Not overused to the point of absurdity, like Castiel.
Bobby's the 'Inside Man'? interesting. I wonder what he could possibly know that could help? I thought it would be Abel but I guess any excuse for them to bring back a character. Maybe Bobby has contact with Abel?

ReplyDeleteAs good as an episode his death episode was the long term ramifications of losing Bobbi affected the show to it's core and it was a change from which the show never managed to recover.
Nah! Sadly she will remain to do something with Sam in later episodes
