I wonder who the woman Sam's helping is and who the man is too? It looks like Dean deals with the Cole stuff mostly alone while Sam probably has to solve the case. I wonder if we will get any real hints of what Sam's doing to save Dean without Dean knowing or if its all going to be Dean bitching at Sam for things we dont ever actually see on screen? Hope both brothers parts of the story get equal screen time for a change.
Dean certainly doesn't look like the Mark is affecting him in any way. From these pictures, I am guessing Cole lives to return next season for an episode or two while the Js enjoy their time off.
The worm as one-time-MOTW was acceptable, but I don't think it's original or interesting enough to be brought back a second time considering it's already a deviation from ghost/demon possession.
I think Dean will succeed in getting the khan worn out of Cole, and I have a feeling we will then get more insight into the story of why Dean killed Cole's father. I'm curious to who those two are and why it seems Sam is not with Dean and Cole.
Yah, I'm stupid. I don't remember that previous Khan worm episode that much but someone reminded me who also replied to this comment, haha. What can I say, season six was forgettable.
Cool!! I really like Cole! Please, don't kill him!!! I would like Dean and Cole became friends. It would be interesting that the brothers could count on someone else from time to time, besides to Castiel.
The only way to get the Khan worm out of someone is through electrocution. Everyone took an electric shock in the episode to make sure they weren't being controlled, but Bobby had to take a long electric shock to get the Khan worm out of him.
Unless a witch created it, it really has no point, you are right. The Khan Worm was a creation of Eve... and she is long dead! My guess is that it was possibly a character we haven't met yet(probably Olivette, the one that Rowena has a grudge against), or are going to meet in the next few episodes that has made this Khan worm. The one thing I really enjoy about these MOTW episodes is the fact that they sometimes reveal tiny bits of the main story in them. This might be the case too ;)
A witch recreating the Khan worm wouldn't make much sense, because Eve created only the one as a "messenger" to tell the Winchesters she was ticked off because Crowley was killing her first borns in his quest to find Purgatory (with Cas' help, of course). That lead to the Winchesters finding out that Crowley was still alive and that to them finding out Cas was his accomplice.
You mean the one that tortured a injured Sam to find out where Dean was. Yes I know I woul want him and Dean to become friends why not , it is not like Dean is a billy no mates on the show.
God, I really hope Cole makes it out of the season alive. Not only would it be pointless to kill him now, but it'd just be great if the Winchesters had one more ally.
Ever heard of character development? I find Cole more interesting than Cas and Crowley at the moment. Maybe they should have thought about their character arcs before they started writing this season... I'm also getting really tired of Rowena, and I'd much rather watch a Cole-centric episode than the soap opera between her and Crowley.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Whoa, Dean, what the hell?
ReplyDeleteRIP Cole ;'(

ReplyDeleteVery hands-on type of episode looks like!LOL!
ReplyDeletegeez that would be great... seigh... no more Sam speculations and Dean pov ... dream a little SPN dream...
ReplyDelete.....Do they seriously think torturing Cole is going to get the Khan worm out of him?

ReplyDeleteI don't remember that episode from S6 that well. They actually tortured Bobby too?
ReplyDeleteWell, I take that back. I guess that's how you deal with the Khan worm.

ReplyDeleteI believe the khan worm's weakness was electricity, which was how they got it out of Bobby. Which also explains the jumper cables.
