Im not sure it meant what you think it meant. I just think Harvey is so protective of her that ANY attack on her is an attack on him. I think his statement at the end there is not a romantic one, rather more a love he has for who she is.
OK first I'm not a "Darvey Shipper" but OMG that was surprising , Harvey showing his softer side ... Of course it's difficult to comment the whole episode with that bomb they dropped at the end ... It was a good fighting moment , Harvey knows how to fight for his "family" If the episode started w/ a certain tension it slowly was invaded by the characters' emotions and it was great acting from obviously Gabriel Macht and Sarah Raffery but from the entire cast too...
Malone is gone now. But Harvey is leaving the firm ( from what I saw in 4x16 promo) and Jessica clearly doesn't want him to leave). However he has never said "I love you" to Jessica so I guess he doesn't really love her. He only loves Donna. He even said no one matters more than Donna to trust him that's why I give up. Harvey has never said Jessica was important to him. He even offered himself to speak to Malone for her so he doesn't want Jessica for himself. I'll accept Darvey and give up on Jarvey thou it's still cool to see Jessica's inner crush on Harvey. That will never change. I love those quotes by Harvey to Donna btw
I'm a Darvey fan and even I wasn't expecting him to drop the "love" bomb. As much as I want them together I can't see the writers giving it to us. They have us exactly where they want us already and they'll milk it!
Please I just hope it isn't 1 step forward 2 steps back...they deserve some happiness. Clearly he loves and trusts her like no other woman (don't even bring up Zoe/Scottie). She knows all his secrets and probably could hurt him more than any of those two BUT the way they write Harvey I can't see him saying that he loves randomly...there was definitely intent behind.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
AHHHHHHHH! Oh God a whole week to wait

i think he meant it in a romantic way....because if he stayed they could end up doing something together that they would probably both regret later.
