The entire episode was spectacular but this two caught my attention the most-1.Cage gets the acid fog turned back on but Bellamy blows the tanks up and barely escapes.
ReplyDelete& 2.Jaha, Murphy & the others follow the drone and set off on a unknown voyage in the sea.
I have two:
ReplyDelete- When Bellamy blows up the tanks, and Cage's face afterwards.
- When Octavia confronted Clarke about the missil. Those Blakes aren't idiots.
Everyone chats up about clarke this and clarke that. Who cares when my favorite story lines are in the desert and the mountain escape.
ReplyDeleteIt was a great episode. My favourite parts were definitely the Bellamy-Raven-Wick scenes.
ReplyDeleteWas the hookup really needed in this action-packed episode?
ReplyDeleteBellamy blowing up the tanks. I liked the Lexarke kiss, too.
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed it. If the Clexa kiss (which I liked) could get in the episode, why wouldn't the Raven-Wick hook-up? And it was so Raven, considering she slept with Bellamy just after her break-up wigh Finn. I love action more, but sometimes romance has to happen too :)
ReplyDeleteI was so happy and scared when Bellamy blew up those tanks and barely made it
ReplyDeleteBellamy blowing up the tanks is hands down the best. It even made me pump my fists in the air :)
ReplyDeleteBellamy da badass
ReplyDeleteAlthough she had little screen time I really appreciated Octavia this episode (I always do)..Seems like all fans including the character herself are jumping on the Grounder Octavia band wagon. & while I think she does connect more with the grounders than the sky people she is not full grounder. And she might not ever be able to. She's always had the purest soul of the 100 and that's why I never could get behind these theories that she becomes Commander. She showed her strength and heart during her confrontation with Clarke(which is what I voted for). The two are my favorite characters on the show & they are both so unique and so different & have changed so much since they were walking through the woods in the pilot.. So it was great to see Octavia stand up to Clarke even if I agreed with Clarke's decision. It was even cooler to see Octavia's mentor tell her she also agreed with the decision. Octavia is walking a line & I really have no idea where she's going to end up next. The possibilities for her development seem endless.
ReplyDeleteSo well said! Thanks for posting. Totally agree with you...
ReplyDeleteYes to everything you said about Octavia, zig. I like her development too and agree that she wouldn't be chosen by Lexa's spirit to be the next Commander. My money on that would be Clarke because what is she going to do after they save the 44? It's not as if her mom, the Chancellor, will still let her be in charge of the Arkers once the war is over. And, as much as I wouldn't mind Clarke filling the Commander's role for all the drama that could play out in that scenario, I say so begrudgingly since that would mean Lexa would have to die. Oh, the feels. :-\
ReplyDeleteThe Clarke/Lexa kiss.
ReplyDeleteBellamy blwoing up the tanks by a long shot, but I enjoyed everything Octavia too.
ReplyDeleteI do think Lexa will die. If not in the finale.. Then early s3 similar to Anya's small arc. Although I don't really see Octavia or Clarke becoming commander.. & don't really want to see that anyways. Plus Lexa is only commander of the tree people from my knowledge someone can correct me if I'm wrong. The 100 continues to world build each season so I'd be surprised if we didn't have interactions with other clans which means other commanders/queens whatever they call them haha. Plus then the show wouldn't really have to worry about finding a replacement for Lexa's position.. Atleast for the time being.
ReplyDeleteIf you think it can't get any better - this show definitely can. All scenes of this episode were great, but my favorite is Bellamy blows the tanks up and barely escapes, close second the other Bellamy scenes and the Octavia/Clarke scenes, and third the desert (and now sea) storyline.
ReplyDeleteI was really unsure what to think about the whole city of light thing but I loved it this episode even tho jaha is going nuts haha
ReplyDeletewhat if the spirit chooses Bellamy tho? after all the parallels to season 1 when Clarke says that he inspires the people and they were ready to go and fight and die. Hmm I doubt it but that would be interesting haha
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't mind seeing that either but I posed this query in a different thread, does anyone think that there was ever a male Commander? We've only seen women in position of power except that one 2nd who didn't have much respect for Octavia. Plus, there doesn't seem to be many women warriors. I just wonder and find it interesting.
ReplyDeleteBellamy being a badass and blowing the tanks up. Won't even comment on the one winning anymore.
ReplyDeleteThe joke though...
