Per the CBS Schedule, followed by a new episode of Undercover Boss, two back-to-back episode of CSI: Las Vegas will be aired on January 25th. Details about the episodes is yet to be released.
So the question now stands does this mean a two-hour finale on 15th February (since it was mentioned that Battle Creek's premiere was 2 weeks after CSI'S Finale.)
They would always need a double up in there somewhere to finish it on time for the battle creek premiere unless they were planning on airing it against the Super Bowl. I figured the double up would be against the Oscars but this actually makes more sense.
By the way, I didn't know Undercover Boss was still going to air more episodes on Sunday, it really is being used as filler by CBS (not that I think is a bad idea, mind you).
Actually, 15.14 + 15.15. CBS removed CSI from this Sunday's schedule because AFC game starts at 4:40. 60M at 8; MS at 9 and TGW at 10. Here's what's left: 1/18 Scorpion 1/25: 15/14 15.15 2/1: SuperBowl (doubt they will air opposite) 2/8: Grammy's on CBS 2/15: Original date for 15.18 (but 15.16) 2/22: Oscar's (same as SB) 3/1 Battle Creek (announced start date) My guess is that CBS, which seems to have little hope for Battle Creek, gets bounced to 3/8 and CSI will air 15.17 & 15.18 on that date - it would seem logical because Cyber starts on 3/4, so can use as part of promo push). The CBS scheduler has not done a good job here. CBS already knew it had late game on 1/11 (it's based on rotation) and on 1/18 AFC Championship (CBS usually airs a freshman or relatively new series after the game).
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Is this the season/series finale?

ReplyDeleteThanks. Just realised the game is on the 18th!
ReplyDeleteThe case for cancellation for CSI continues to grow.
