We don't really have any solid information on the show as far as i know about the story, most of it is just rumours, but they are bound to make changes for it to work as a series
Changes are cool, I have no problem with changes and a show based on a movie probably has to change things for various reasons. Supernatural elements however would be a huge change from the movies.
Personally I wouldn't mind it having supernatural elements. They drastically changed Teen Wolf as well which didn't go down well until people actually saw it so i'm holding out judgement until I see it.
geez, 2 years to order the series, and now more a year to premiere it? pfffff (they should premiere at winter season. teen wolf had the best ratings at this time)
I agree. MTV really takes it's time with their new shows. Same thing happened to their show Happyland, which is currently airing.
It was picked up at the same time as another show, Faking It, but for some reason Faking It aired earlier and is currently in it's second season, while Happyland just started it's first season?
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Omg October!!! I can't wait that long!
ReplyDeleteHow the hell is this a Scream TV show with absolutely NO Ghostface?! HE IS THE MAIN VILLAIN OF THE ENTIRE FRANCHISE. Ugh.
ReplyDeleteIkr, its really not gonna be the same without ghostface, I wonder if those rumours of the show having supernatural elements are true.
ReplyDeleteHopefully they use the same actor as the voice of the killer as the movies.
ReplyDeleteSo they are changing the story from the movies entirely?
ReplyDeleteI doubt it will last very long.

ReplyDeleteGreat! But I want Ghostface in.
ReplyDeleteAlso I think this and Scream Queens will hurt each other.

ReplyDeleteAwesome but why have to air in October 2015 that to far
ReplyDeletethe moment they announced that Ghostface won't return I was turned off...
ReplyDeleteI'm really happy about this, but seriously MTV, I have to wait another year to see? C'MON! -.-
ReplyDeleteI really can't imagine Scream as a tv series. Just continue with the movies!
ReplyDeleteOnly ten episodes?
ReplyDeleteSo we may see Sin on Arrow again after all?

ReplyDeleteHuh? Ghostface won't be in it?

ReplyDeleteBut at the very least they have to have another masked killer who makes calls.

So will we get Bex Taylor Klaus as Sin back in Arrow ever?
