As much as I miss seeing Sweets and there is going to be a void on the show due to this character's death, "Bones" is doing its best transitioning to the new norm. I liked how Bones told Booth that she cannot be his entire world. That's something he needed to hear. It looks like Booth is going to loosen up when it comes to Aubrey. Aubrey will never replace Sweets, but he is becoming a character that is finding his own identity and niche on the show. I busted out laughing at Aubrey's reaction (gagging and all) when coming across the body, "That is the grossest thing I've ever seen." That's pretty much how the viewers feel when seeing the corpse of the week. It didn't escape my attention when Aubrey told Booth that him being there is why Sweets is gone. We get it Mr. Nathan ... we get it.
It was OK, but a bit obvious that somebody, perhaps H or S, doesn't like conservative radio hosts, and had to make them into someone perverted just to tickle their liberal sensibilities. Do that too much, and they might just turn off some of their conservative longtime fans.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
It was good

ReplyDeleteI agree with you. Oh, and I think it's SN, but I'm not positive.
