Shrek 2 and The Smurfs writers J. David Stem and David N. Weiss have been hired to write Enchanted 2, marking the scripting duo’s latest live-action family outing after penning Are We There Yet? and Daddy Day Camp for Sony.

    Surprised it's taken this long. Unlike most, I hope it is an entirely new cast with a new story. Giselle and Robert already have their happy ending so they should be left alone.

    I really wanted a sequel but after all these years I doubt they're gonna use the same cast so I'm not so sure this is a good idea.
