    Is this the one about the Medical Examiner who can't die? If so I've gone from a maybe to a definitely watching. I've always liked Lorraine Toussaint, she brings an authoritative attitude to her roles.

    The 'medical examiner is played by Ioan ( Andrew Martin - "Ringer" ) Gruffudd
    [ Ioan's real life wife Alice Evans played Esther Mikalson on "The Vampire Diaries" and the middle aged Eloise Hawking ]
