It was an ok finally (I voted awesome though). I didn't hate it, i quite enjoyed it. I'm upset that they killed Luke. And the other Luke. I liked them both. Sigh!! That was an EPIC FAIL on their part.
I enjoyed Joe and Ryan's scene. I mean Joe just had me laughing through the entire thing. "You could at least put on the radio. Oh c'mon Ryan talk to me, it's lonely back here." LOL Joe is so dumb! And i definitely loved when he "saved" Ryan's life. "C'mon old friend" Hahaha He's really just that sick. And how the hell does Joe know about Ryan's real story??? Where'd that come from??
Ryan is the best. I love him. And i'm sorry Claire broke his heart. When he cried i felt so bad for him. I honestly didn't see that coming. And how much of a hypocrite did she just become?? Wtf was that speech?? Ryan's been saying that to you forever!! But now YOU say it, and he's suppose to just accept it?? That's bull!! Ugh! And now Ryan will be having nightmares, poor guy needs some therapy.
MIKE'S ALIVE!! ALL IS WELL!! I see Max finally got her wish. And i know all the shippers out there are smiling their asses off. I just wish i could've seen MORE from Mike's side with the whole build up. B/c it just always seemed one sided for me. Oh well, guess next season they'll fix it.
So Joe is behind bars. Claire is back in hiding. Both Luke's are dead. And Mark has run off with a mysterious stranger. Which i think could be Tilda. (Btw loved when Ryan punched her in the face!! And Joe was so nonchalant about it. lmao) B/c it looked like she was faking being shot. But i might be wrong. Whoever it is that's driving that truck, it's definitely not from season 1.
Joe knows ryan's real story becoz ryan told him in season 1 when joe held mike at gunpoint, remember? It was a brilliant continuity on the writer's part!!
I reckon the truck was being driven by Mandy... I don't think Lily and the brothers actually killed her after calling Joe and she's now with Mark and most likely bitter at Joe for "abandoning" her. Of course, there's strong chance the writers may not have even decided who's in the car or they may change it as season 3 story develops.
Nooo, he told him half the truth, but he NEVER told him that he was the one that murdered that guy. Joe asked him "what happened to the guy?" Ryan said, "they found his body a couple days later, drug overdose." Then Joe said, "And isn't that a shame, you couldn't do anything about it. You couldn't seek justice. Thank you Ryan, you've been most helpful." (paraphrased that last line). I remember that whole thing specifically, Ryan never told Joe anything, not about that. He kept that to himself. As for Tilda they showed a close up, but there wasn't blood on her at all. she looked like she was faking it. But i could be wrong.
Incredibly disappointing in my opinion. Exactly what I expected to happen when I read Ryan and Joe would have to work together to save Claire.
It's often like this with "The Following", especially this season, it never takes the extra step and opts for the easy way out instead. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed the season as a whole, I just would have done some things differently and take some risks.
And the Max/Mike kiss? Really? That felt so Hollywood-happy-ending! Unless Max turns out to be the one helping Luke 1 and Luke 2, in that case I approve.
Uhm... I think "haters" are just frustrated at how predictable a show they like can get at times. They promised a show that "you would not believe it's on network tv" and all we got was blood stains on Ryan's and Joe's faces.
Who wants to bet that charges against Joe will be dropped and that the Director of FBI will hire Joe as a consultin seeing as he will be able to catch Mark.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Horrible finale, it was the sane as S1
ReplyDeleteNo wonder the ratings crashed, the show is very repeatitive
dgsoefbpvdjnebvnw. gah.
ReplyDeleteBasically nobody died. After a season of deaths, nobody dies. I kind of did not see any of this coming. Who did the twins meet at the end? A new mole
ReplyDeleteThat was a really bad finale.
ReplyDeleteSeason 3 will probably just be Joe escaping and it's the same shit alllllll over again.
lmao so true, this finale sucked
ReplyDeletethen don't watch it!
ReplyDeletethe haters continue to attack the show why comment when you hate the show
ReplyDeleteIf you don't watch it, how could you know how good/bad or repetitive it was?
ReplyDeletecuz its bad so people have fun hating on it
ReplyDeleteWell, if Ryan had killed Joe, then there wouldn't be a third season now, would it? Come on, people. This was bound to happen.
ReplyDeleteLuke died...but S3 wil suck

By not killing anyone off in the finale the creative team leave a few doors open for S3

ReplyDeleteThe FBI found Mandy's body.

ReplyDeleteYou're joking right? = / Did you not see Mandy's dead body?...and i saw the driver's hand. One thing we do know, it's a man.
ReplyDeleteIncredibly disappointing in my opinion. Exactly what I expected to happen when I read Ryan and Joe would have to work together to save Claire.

ReplyDeleteThe Driver is someone we might know and when he is revealed we be like no way really this guy lol
ReplyDeleteWho wants to bet that charges against Joe will be dropped and that the Director of FBI will hire Joe as a consultin seeing as he will be able to catch Mark.
ReplyDeleteIt's a man. That's all i know. And all the men in season 1 are dead. = /
ReplyDeletemaybe Lilly Gray had back up Men that we didn't know bout lol
ReplyDeleteWouldn't be surprised.
ReplyDeleteeither way this set up a possible Joe/Ryan team up part 2 lol
ReplyDeleteThe charges being dropped would be too much of a stretch, in my opinion. But I can see a consulting storyline happening...
ReplyDeleteJust watched it... It was the worst finale I've seen in a long time... I'll skip season 3.
