ReplyDeleteI was hoping this would happen, Paul always said he was more of a director. Also he's the one to constantly and openly criticise the show, so it's someone that wants to make the show better directing an episode...that's a plus.
ReplyDeleteHoping for Daniel Gillies to get to direct a TO episode as well, if you have seen 'Broken Kingdom' you'll know how amazing of a director this guy is
Same with JM. He has written and directed before. CW should really start using there actors talents to their full potential.

ReplyDeleteActually, I know for a fact that Tom Welling ( the actor who played Klark Kent in Smallville) directed several episodes during the ten seasons the series was on air, and also other actors got to direct at least one episode on the show, so CW did that before and not only once.

ReplyDeleteMaybe I should have elaborated. TVD is the only show I've watched on CW network. TVD and TO have actors with many talents and I am happy Paul is being given that chance.
