    Does anybody know just how far along Hayley is supposed to be? Will she be having the baby by the season finale?

    She was 3-4 months along at the beginning of the season so I think so my best guess now would be maybe around 5-6 months?

    They haven't really had any screen-time since Elijah came back (aside from that like 5 seconds of Hayley swearing revenge against Klaus).

    They've had one-on-one scenes. They haven't been long but they're there. It's inevitable that there will be more as well, especially with their child on the way.

    I don't want a new love triangle between brothers like in TVD so I really hope there will be nothing romantic between Klaus and Hayley. Otherwise I can't imagine watching this show...

    Klaus already got her pregnant. They're sort of stuck together - but I don't think it should be romantic. Elijah is already stared to wedge himself in the middle though and that's what's creating the triangle.

    I agree with you but if they go that way it's not going to ruin the show for me. I don't think there's a very good possibility of that anyway. Klaus will likely be too preoccupied with Cami and, from time to time, Caroline as well.

    She has a romantic connection with Klaus - they slept together and she wound up pregnant. Obviously there must have been something there.

    Seriously? Not all sex is born of a deep romantic connection. That's why it's called casual sex. In this case it was a one night stand and Hayley referring to Klaus as a psycho not long ago just reinforces that sometimes sex is just sex.

    I she showing or am just not paying enough attention to her stomach? I know first time pregnancies usually begin to show during the 5th month but her stomach still seems flat to me.

    Sad but true. There hasn't been anything romantic or deep between Klaus and Haley demonstrated on the show, even during their one night stand (here's to hoping they keep it that way). And the only jealously Klaus has displayed towards Elijah on this account is fear for the possibility that his child will end up seeing Elijah as his father, and has nothing to do with how he feels about Haley or how Haley might feel about Elijah.

    I think he seemed jealous that Hayley (and so many others) seem to like Elijah over him. He asked her why she like Elijah when she didn't even know him and he looked hurt when he want to rescue her out in the bayou and Hayley was smiley when Rebekah mentioned that Elijah asked her to protect Hayley.

    There was a comment in the third episode about Hayley taking forever to show. Either the baby won't be born until the season finale, or it's been set up that the baby might not make it because it isn't compatible with a human body.

    Part of me wishes Klaus would hand Elijah adoption papers and see how Elijah takes it. It looks like Klaus is reaching his limit when it comes to Hayley and the baby. He might give up completely if she keeps fighting with him, regardless of her reasons.

    I might watch this episode. I want nothing to do with that Casket Girls thing though. Considering how I feel about some of the stuff that goes on in this show, I'll have to be selective about when I watch it.

    TVD has no clear time-line but she got pregnant, then the following episode Klaus, Caroline & Stefan went out like the next day to try to stop the massacre, the road trip to NY could have have taken a few days and then it was Prom and Graduation (which are events that happen in May or June). So I was putting the conception of the child around April/May.

    I think in terms of legality Hayley will have sole custody. Both Klaus & Elijah were born in the 10th Century - you can't put that on a birth certificate.

    I don't think he would abandon his child. Klaus dragged his family around in boxes for centuries because he refused to be abandoned by them. If anything, he'd just kill Hayley once the baby was born if he still felt threatened by her and then dagger Elijah for a few years as well if he felt he needed to.

    What romance? It was a one night stand. There has been literally zero romantic history between them at all. They don't even like each other. Despite what your parents may have told you, babies aren't born when two grown ups love each other very very much, lol.

    She's not showing much but she does have a bump. Either that, or her shirts are oddly lose around that region, I can't ever tell which because the tops never seem to "lay" right on the bump to see it properly, lol.

    Pretty sure Elijah would just continue to do his best to protect Haley and the baby while continuing trying to convince Klaus to come back and be a proper father. That's pretty much the pattern. After everything that's happened through the centuries, Klaus shoving adoption papers at him and walking away doesn't seem like something that would even make Elijah blink. Nor does it seem like something Klaus would do (kill people and walk away - yes, more likely, but I don't think Elijah would blink too much at that either).

    I agree with you Shannon. She has been showing ever since Elijah got back which put her around the 3-4 month mark. Also when Agnes tried to kill her the first time, they were talking about her checkups for the first trimester.


    They have been putting her in maternity clothing which is appropriate, but she has been growing in baby bump size.

    I think very little Klaus does would make Elijah blink. And really? From the premise of the show, Elijah is all about family. He'd do whatever it takes to take care of the baby.

    Klaus pretty much gets jealous when anyone likes other people over him, it doesn't mean anything romantic. Besides, he's clearly into Cami, not Haley.

    Exactly. Her stomach is out there. I mean it's pretty hard to miss now. I mean her stomach may be small or w/e just to make it seem like a girl is inside there. But it's there. She'll grow more in time.
