I think 13 episodes work. They should stick with it.
ReplyDeleteI'm betting on 22 episodes, it's the only real FOX hit on this season and they don't have and limitations to do this (unlike The Following due to Kevin Bacon's movie career)..
ReplyDeleteYes, please. But not 22. This season seemed TOO rushed, if that's possible. A few more episodes per season would give the show a chance to catch its breath. And fewer/shorter hiatuses! 15 or 16 would be ideal.
ReplyDeleteI think 13 can be good, but they need better scheduling and no hiatuses. I wouldn't object to 15 episodes, but not 22, I think it'll work best with a shorter season.
ReplyDeleteMaybe 15/16 episodes but 22 would not work for this show it is too crazy and I like it that way but dragging it out for 22 episodes a season would be a mistake.
ReplyDeleteMore episodes, yes but not more than 16.
ReplyDeleteI'd imagine they'd give it 15 episodes. I'll be shocked it they go 22. I only see 15 episodes.
ReplyDeleteI think they could give it 15/16 like The Following has. It can sustain a nature procedural enough for that. If they do 16 of this and 15 of the following plus christmas break and baseball hiatus I imagine they can run almost repeat free the entire year, which would be awesome for them.
ReplyDeleteI think 15-16 episodes is the best for a show like that.
ReplyDeleteBut we know, the main objective for every network TV show is to reach syndication, on a 13-episode average per season, Sleepy Hollow will take 7 seasons until syndication, if the average goes up to 15-16, the show will take 6 season.
Love the show, but I actually like 13 episodes format it has right now, so... Well, I guess, we'll see ;)
ReplyDelete15 to 16, I say.
ReplyDeleteQuick someone stop Kevin before he makes it 22 episodes he gone mad at the TCA lol
ReplyDeleteWith the pilot season not happening and several series will be ordered does this mean Almost Human doesn't stand a chance of renewal :(
ReplyDeleteOn the contrary, I think that lack of news for The X-Factor are bad news and any bad news for X-Factor are good news for AH. Besides, I think FOX will have to extend its order or else I have no idea what they will pair with the following since 24 and gang related will only debut in the summer.
ReplyDeleteI agree that the 13 ep season has been working as it allows for more focused storytelling and less chance to add in "filler eps"....
ReplyDeleteI am ALL for a shorter hiatus. This upcoming one is going to suck out loud.
ReplyDelete13 episodes with two hours for the premieres and finals - 17 hours for each season. Perfect.
