Ooh, Thanksgiving episode!
ReplyDeleteAnd what's going on with Bailey? Surprise pregnancy or health issue? Or just generally overreacting to Ben quitting and coming home?
Cristina/Shane please? I could be here for that.
"Cristina turns to Shane"
ReplyDeleteAww, hell no!
I hope that Cristina turning to Shane means that she needs a friend.
ReplyDeleteIs this going it be the last episode of the Year? the one with the Cliffhanger?
ReplyDeleteShonda is blowing holes in both my ships.
ReplyDeleteBen, stop yapping to Derek. That's one ship I'll forever side eye Shonda on if she sinks it. He's not even there most of the time. Stephanie and Jackson tension? I am uneasily here for that. Sad faces all around. I think I read somewhere he and April's history comes out and they hit a rut. I hope they make it though, or she reads him like braille on level hard if at all they separate.
I'm bracing myself for the Stephanie and Jackson storm. I can see the Japril shippers rubbing their hands together like Mr. Burns lol
No, the batches are of 12 episodes.
ReplyDeleteI was really hoping the Meredith/Cristina fight would be over before the end of 10A but I guess they're going to try and make a cliffhanger out of the situation. Cristina turning to Shane?? Really? why couldn't she turn to Alex? I really hope this isn't a sexual thing. I am so over Jackson and Stephanie. I am a huge Japril shipper but my love for Japril has nothing to do w/ my dislike for this pairing. They just seem so weird together. IDK could be Jerrika's acting throwing me off. I love Jerrika Hinton but she just drains me w/ the over acting in some of her scenes. I really think that some of these residents should get cut before 10B starts. Shane is the only one I'm really liking right now. He is the only newbie with his own storyline separate from that of a veteran. Shonda please leave Ben and Bailey alone. This is the one ship I thought I would never have to worry abt smh. The 5 former residents seem very disconnected this season. I really miss the days of them having lunch in the cafeteria:(
ReplyDeleteAlthough I like Jackson & Stephanie together, and Shonda has been given us cutesy moments, in Shondaland, that means something drastic is coming up because she can't do happy without disaster. Shane is my least favorite -- he's such a jerk though lol...my Japril dislike started with April, and I partly blame Jackson, but it's still a lot on April. He & Stephanie are cute together though, and her character is funny, and seems to let her ambition often take her in directions & whatnot. *swag surfs*
ReplyDeleteMoving on...ITA with the whole Bailey/Ben thing. LEAVE MY SHIP ALONE! As much as Bailey has been through over the past year...the staff...Chief Webber dissing the hell out of her and no apologizing to her YET for saving his life & giving him the will to live...but Meredith gets one for being his proxy...for a decision Bailey begged her to make. Anyways, I think her sadness about her being kicked off the case had her project on Ben last week because she's not telling him everything. Hell, who wouldn't be happy if Ben said he'd quit commuting to be with his family? ...a displacement angered miranda bailey. -___-
I am super upset at how Bailey is being treated. She's the unanimous "unfuckwithable" character, but Shonda doesnt care about us at all lol
I think i'll be sick if Christina and Shane hook up. Note to Shonda....the attendings do not require to have sex with every intern to make them 'part of the show'. Just no. Stop it now.
ReplyDeleteI really disliked April up until S8 when she finally decided to get a backbone and now she's one of my favorite characters. I hate how the writers treat her character. I have a love hate relationship w/ Shane. He got my favorite intern killed lol but I love the way he takes charge. He is the only resident I can stand at the moment. The rest are just sidekicks to their attending boyfriends/girlfriend. and I absolutely agree! Webber is treating Bailey like shit and I think she deserves more credit for him being alive and progressing than Meredith honestly. I think they still have stuff to talk abt from S9 but I'm sure they're going to brush over that. I think Bailey's problem w/ Ben is deeper. They put a lot of emphasis on him being "in love" w/ surgery. I think Bailey is worried he'll give up on the marriage just as easily as he did on surgery. She was already afraid to trust him and He just quit the program w/o discussing anything with her.
ReplyDeleteBut I think him quitting the program wasn't him just making a decision that was by the seat of his pants. I don't think he isn't in love with surgery, I just think he misses his family. He's technically still a newlywed(?), and I think to him, he can resume it or either go back to his first specialty in Seattle. To her, I don't think she's told him how the Chief being the worst effing person to her has affected her because it's been times I've watched this season and said "ooh Ben. come hit the chief". .
ReplyDeleteShane is creeping me out. He was redeeming himself until he barked at McDreamy like "I don't want to be on your service anymore". but that's the reason why he sent Heather to her death. I guess. Guilty conscious or not, it was the wrong way to go about it.
Jo is getting annoying, and I think the writers like to play to the defensive. I used to like April too, but she blamed everything on Jackson when all he did was be, her first adult relationship. Everything comes full circle. Stephanie doesn't blame him for anything, doesn't fight him, on things, but I don't like she's a kick ass intern but still acts 15 around Jackson. Seems OOC.
