VINCENT AND CAT CELEBRATE THANKSGIVING WITH HER DAD - After Vincent's (Jay Ryan) life is endangered, Cat (Kristin Kreuk) decides they should spend Thanksgiving with her father (guest star Ted Whittall) in order to get information on Vincent's missions. However, when Gabe (Sendhil Ramamurthy) and Tori (guest star Amber Skye Noyes) join the festivities, true feelings are revealed and secrets are outed. Meanwhile, J.T. (Austin Basis) and Tess (Nina Lisandrello) get a surprise while they celebrate Thanksgiving together. Jeff Renfroe directed the episode written by Wendy Straker Hauser (#207).

Sounds like an exciting build up to the midseason finale cant believe we are at this point so soon,Wonderful work by all involved and a treat for fans old and new!!! Think Catherine's dad is gonna cause major problems for our golden couple just hope they are strong enough to get through his lies and BS,buckle up #Beasties the rollercoaster is about to go even faster!!!
ReplyDeleteWonder how Cat found out who her dad is. Didn't expect it to happen so soon, but should be interesting to see. Also, still not excited about Gabe having feelings for Cat. I was starting to enjoy him just being part of the group and potentially a friend. I am assuming that's what true "feelings are revealed" is referring to?

ReplyDeleteCatherine and Vincent doesn't need triangles...they have enough problems every week...they never work in this show...and Gabe is just plain annoying and should go away...

ReplyDeleteThis is really going to be awesome, but why in the world is Tess and JT not included that's just so wrong, meanwhile here's Gabe, I'm over him already, if he proves to be still bad then that's really gonna suck, anyway the episode is gonna be exciting as always!!!
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to see this episode!! It looks like things are going to get very interesting for everyone, but I must agree that we don't need another love triangle. I really hope Tori is not being brought in as a potential love interest for Vincent, and I really don't see Gabe & Cat as a possibility at all - no romantic chemistry there. I am going to assume that this might be the episode where Cat & Vincent find out that her bio dad is Vincent's handler and that he's been using him as his personal beast killer!! Can't wait to see the $**t hit the fan when that's revealed! Also looking forward to some Tess & JT moments - let the snark fly!! This second season has been phenomenal so far. This show is simply amazing!!!!!

scenes are boring me more and more (and he is in so many of them, unfortunately).

I was just thinking the same thing of how she found out who the dad is, but hopefully we'll get that answer Monday :)

ReplyDeleteWow another super exciting episode to look forward to then! #Batb S2 is just on another level - every episode keeps getting better & better and we Beasties cannot get enough. We want more and more!!! I wait for every episode impatiently and when I finally watch it, I am addicted. Its on a constant re-play. There is something very unique about this show, the characters are so lovable and relate able. I have been this hooked to a TV show ever before, and I am in love with Batb. Its an obsession beyond reasoning and I can't wait to see episode. #Batb forever!!!!

Fingers crossed CW will promote more and give the show a chance to increase its viewers. It has huge potential to continue for many seasons, it just needs better promotion, and bit of time for people to know about it. S1 was good but S2 is FANTASTIC!!!

ReplyDeleteThe love triangle with Alex last year got everyone all a"Twitter", so a VinCat/Tori wedge will definitely heat up our outrage and if that story line continues to the cliff hanger, I will have to "tranq" myself to get through it! Since #BATB started airing on Mondays, it is now my favorite day of the week and all-time favorite show. I will gladly show support for the network, brilliant cast, writers and producers any way I can. Keep your fingers crossed that our voting has given #BATB the PCA nominations it deserves. Support all you can #Beasties. Thank you.

ReplyDeleteAbsolutely sinbella, they need better promotion and better time slot where they don't have to compete with sports. They also need to try to air it on the same day as Canada, so they can avoid people viewing illegal downloads before it is aired in the US.

We had enough of that crap last year with she who shall not be named! That was painful enough! I wish I could be like Vincent & have that erased from my mind!

ReplyDeleteI can't see a triangle at all between Cat, Vincent and Gabe. Yes Gabe has feelings for Cat, but
ReplyDeleteshe only has eyes for Vincent. There has been no looks towards Gabe or have I heard any words
from Cat that would suggest she feels anything but friendship towards him. And whats with Gabe and his date at Cat's family Thanksgiving celebration? She probably felt sorry for him that he has no family to celebrate with. Can't wait for the 'secrets are outed' part but not so much for the 'feelings are revealed' part. Its gonna get messy.
Oooh this is going to be a good one!!! Not worried about Tori ~ no love triangle there kids! If Gabe reveals his crush to Cat I hope that will be the last we hear about it ~ I was starting to think he was fun as part of the gang but HELL NO to him ANYTHING personal with Cat. Kick his ass Vincent!
