HEARTBREAKING TIMES AND CRIMES ON AN ALL-NEW "ALMOST HUMAN" MONDAY, DECEMBER 16, ON FOX

Detective John Kennex and Dorian respond to a suspicious death at a hospital where - before having a fatal cardiac arrest - a man claimed someone was trying to kill him, and inexplicably knew his exact time of death. As the investigation unfolds, a black market for vital organs is uncovered in which bio-mechanical hearts can be resold and remotely "shut off." As the team fights to find the pulse of this 2048 tech-centric crime, Dorian reconnects with a decommissioned DRN in the all-new "Arrhythmia" episode of ALMOST HUMAN airing Monday, Dec. 16 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. 1. "a man claimed someone was trying to kill him, and inexplicably knew his exact time of death."

Oh, I hope this ties to The Insyndicate, since it was mentioned that they somehow knew "when" things were happening!

And wow, look at that guest cast list! (although I think a lot of them are stunt people)

    "Jonathan Holmes as Henry Mills..."
Wonder if he has the heart of the truest believer? XD

  4. Oh, sounds interesting.

Man, I'd say I can't wait, but I always can't wait for this show.

  5. Alyson Bath as Hot Blonde XD
I love this show already! although still not feeling Det. Stahl at all.

  6. I don't mind her, but they do need to explore her character more.

  7. Just realized this must be the episode where the robot is bad. I read the

  8. Oh, I must have missed it!! :O

  9. I'm thinking that it's actually intentional...

Even on Fringe in the episode "Black Blotter" (a trippy episode) the actor on OUAT who plays Walter/Sleepy was Walter Bishop's cab driver...

  11. Is Stahl Minka Kelly's character?

  12. I'm glad he wasn't a one episode character.

  13. Yes.

I keep hearing people don't like the actress but I don't think she's a bad actress like some do. Even a few refuse to watch the show even though her character is not a main character. I've never seen Kelly on any other show so I'm not sure about her past rep.

  14. I think she's been fine on the show. I watched a few eps of the Charlie's Angels remake, where she was a lead, and she's not really cut out for being a lead. Part of a large ensemble is doing her good. I can't pass judgment on her character yet as she's only breezed in and out of scenes, doing info dumps for Kennex and Dorian. Until they have an ep where she prominently features, it'll be hard to determine how I feel about her.

  15. Yea, even that asshole Richard has more personality than her (writing and directing wise, of course, I don't know much abt the actress). The directing for the pilot when Stahl kept looking at Kennex. Ugh, why.

  16. Thanks So Much!!!XD

I see they didn't say for sure if it was another DRN (because there could be other models decommissioned), but I think most likely it will be another DRN, because of the idea of "facing yourself"...(I think he wants to be "unique" and human SO bad that the realization that he is part of a line, takes away from his fantasy. Although I do think given DRN's are more emotional they can all be uniquely different, unless there is something additionally special about "our" DRN mechanically!)

I kind of wonder if some android models are telekinetic and if certain models can "sway" the identities/personalities of other models??? -But I think you're right this might give us insight into way DRN's were decommissioned!!

  17. I'm just making connections to this episode. For 1x06 they say "Dorian reconnects with a decommissioned DRN" and then this TV Guide spoiler says Dorian goes up against a decommissioned police android. I'm just assuming they're likely the same android.

  18. Totally! The episode title also seems fitting! No doubt you're right :)

  19. Arrhythmia - irregular heartbeat. Yeah, I agree the title sounds pretty fitting for the crime of the week.
