  1. Castiel isn;t useful tool anymore and he puts them in danger so Dean tells him to go away? I don't even have words for it if it really happens that way... And the show is supposed to be about family...

  2. It's my understanding that the reason why Cas doesn't stay with the guys is because of the price on his head more than anything. I'm sure Dean and Sam still care about him and what happens to him but having him around becomes a bit of a liability, and I'm sure that Ezekiel is going to factor into this immensely. If Cas is still tuned into "Angel Radio" he might be able to pick up on the fact that he's inhabiting Sam. That's just my own personal theory, though. I guess we'll have to wait until the episode airs to find out for sure.

  3. Of course he is a liability at the moment. But that is not the point. The point is that Dean tells him to leave. Even if it is because he puts Sam in danger and we know he puts Sam above everyone and everything... it will be like with Benny but much, much worse.

But, as you said, we need to wait and see. Maybe it wouldn't be as bad as it looks like. Let's hope so :)

  4. I'm expecting this to be related to Ezekiel too. Otherwise, it just doesn't make sense for Dean, knowing the angels are after Cas, to tell him to go to the bunker, only to turn him loose again.

I have a feeling Ezekial is abit of a nuisiance. I can't help but judge he may have similarities with Metraton, that was my like-3rd thought. The reason is because of Sam's blood it can supercharge him but it will also gets Ezekial regaining his own strength which in greedy usage. Ultimately I think Sam doing most of the work.
When Sam finds out which I actually think from Cas (although he'll probably just crack it) he will want it out and that would be interesting where that is leading to, but I do think Sam will fight to stay alive. It will also be interesting to see if that has the same impacts like or similar to the trials?.
I can see why Dean sent Cas away. It is just unfortunate Cas is the number one on the hit list. It must be very different for Dean, its like he's alone but I hope this secret will be resolved soon. Which I think it will within the next couple of episodes but Ezzy longevity I'm not sure. Very interesting s9 storylines :)

Yes I definately agree about the blood contributed to the trial damage. However I think the trial would of also effected Dean, to the extent remains unknown. But I'm thinking Dean body would of accepted the trial, but backfired later on because the trial would of not been completed. Whereas Sam rejected the trial pretty much straight away but it triggered something, such as hearing Metraton. So now it appears to be no trial, but when Ezekial moves out its still a possibility?. I do also theorise if Dean was in Sam's position he would not be able to support himself and Ezekiel to full extent which appears to be Sam recovering quicker (but slowly). This is really interesting storyline :)

  7. It sounds like Dean's integrity and loyalty will be sacrificed for the latest round of, "Cas can't stay with Sam and Dean because people will get upset." It's very disappointing writing, and it throws out a season of Dean repeatedly telling Cas that he is important and trying to protect Cas. Even with the usual "Sammy comes first," this will still look bad, especially since it will just lead to yet more Dean and Cas pouting sessions and long periods of time apart, which just fuels more fan wars. Unless they have Ezekiel tell him he will kill Cas if Dean doesn't get rid of him, this will be a mess.

  8. That doesn't sound like what's going to happen though. Ezekiel is supposed to be a soldier from Cas' army up in Heaven during the civil war. So I don't think he would threaten to kill Castiel, that wouldn't make sense. I've been wracking my brain and the only thing I could come up with is that Dean is afraid that Cas would tell Sam about the possession and this is why he sends Cas away. Unless Ezekiel isn't Ezekiel at all, maybe he's an imposter that Cas would spot? That's another theory. I really have no idea where this is going so I guess we'll have to wait and see when the episode airs.

  9. I think he's probably a bad guy and he doesn't want Cas around for the reason you mentioned. But they're going to need a good reason for Dean to do this. I don't know if they think we need to be reminded that Dean always puts Sam first (since some fans constantly need to remind other fans that Cas will never compare to Sam in Dean's eyes, maybe this is an issue), but I would rather have just seen Cas stay away by his own choice, rather than have scenes that imply Dean doesn't care about Cas' well-being or friendship.
