I adore her! I can't wait to see more of her in action, and she's the perfect den-mother - though not old enough to be the "mother" if you know what I meant. I also adore how protective she is of Coulson.
My favorite moment was when Fitz, Simmons and May wonders how Skye managed to pass around the bad guy's suspicions and Fitz suggest that she probably just used her he-won't-say-what-cause-there's-two-women-around-him-and-one-of-them-could-kick-his-ass-in-least-than-two-seconds! :P
That and ''Skipper to bravo, I've got eyes on Top Dog. The Eagle is landing on it!'' :p Classic Skye!
Fitz's seemingly increasingly adoration of monkeys was my personal highlight, especially in wanting to use one to override the security-grid. Hilarious. I am really starting to enjoy his character.
1) When Skye almost got caught/killed beside the pool but Ward saved her and Skye's expression of fear was so real and how she ran straight to Ward after he beat up all those bad guys was really fantastic. Awesome acting.
2) When Fitz tried to say boobs. LOL. I love the back-and-forths between Fitz and everyone else, especially Simmons.
3) When Coulson shot the glass down and Prof. Hall got into the element. At that exact moment he was eaten by the element, I was saying to myself, "A villain is born!!" because it's how superheroes and villains are born in the Marvel universe, get stuck in a radiation/element/substance, etc.
4) When I found out that I was right Prof. Hall's hand was coming out of the element. I guess he would have a superpower of controlling gravity. I'm not really familiar with Marvel characters other than the popular ones, so do you have any idea of any established character who can do that?
Anyways, great episode, I hope the ratings are stable by next week and it stays above 3.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Pretty much anything with Coulson I'm happy with. I mean, Clark Gregg is just so great!
ReplyDeleteI have to agree with you. When I make this poll, I have to force myself not to have ALL Coulson scenes! LOL!!!
ReplyDeleteCoulson makes the hard call, the consequences of that are going to be huge, dear oh dear!
ReplyDeleteMay commits to the team. Hopefully that also means we'll get some of her backstory because I'm dying to find out more about her.
ReplyDeleteWard tells Skye his moment and Skye getting the gun. Also loved Hall making sure none of the booze spilled.

ReplyDeleteYes! OMG - that hand at the very end!
ReplyDeleteThat whole gravity-challenges scene was fantastic!
