  1. Someone please tell me there will be a second season. I mean WTF was that all about at the end?

  2. There's one episode left, right? The show was preempted weeks ago, it
should be 12 episodes. This episode doesn't make sense if it's the last
    one.

  3. I hope you're right, but I don't think there is.

  4. Pretty sure next week is the finale, Wikipedia says there are 12 episodes. This was episode 11 correct?

  7. awesome close of the season/series(?) for me with a big wtf of an unfinished ending. it had it's so so points: the Daniel saving Irene in the minefield was too obvious and predictable - I might've liked it better if a mine had gone off after they had cleared the field fence, to show how lucky they were. the other part (and it would've been hard to execute properly) that really required disbelief suspension was when the commandos arrived to interrogate/execute the contestants, you'd think that the commandos would've destroyed/stopped the cameramen from filming but there would be no footage... bummer for poor Annie, and damn that evil conniving Esther... I kept expecting the contestants to find her corpse ripped apart by the valleymen with the money at the end, but maybe that will happen if there is a continuation..... I just looked on imdb, and it says that there is an episode next week... ok, here's to looking to a satisfying close

  9. Not heard any news either way, but the ratings were very low, even by NBC standards. I would be amazed if it got a 2nd season.

It's a shame because I actually enjoyed the show a lot more than I did Under the Dome.

  10. That was the Season (series?) finale. Next week it's pilot of The Blacklist.

  11. NBC lost one day to show the royal baby special doc, Siberia should have 12 episodes.

  12. Yes, but that episode was never aired and as far as I know, never will.

  13. It is actually season finale, the promo for this episode stated it loud and clear, twice. For me it was disappointing. Ok, I understand, they are in Mother Russia and we should not get a freaking word nor understand what the hell is going on there, but the mixed things and events they have suffered through the season are barely explained/connected.

Two supposed tribes, military police, monsters (or the valleymen themselves), linked to a fired sky, apparent facilities where animal experiments were carried out, suspecting "chernobil-like" landscape...really I did not get where the writers wanted us to go with all that stuff mixed in eleven episodes, with this twist at the end.

Not to mention attitudes like the one of Esther...with all that mess around you, even with the military pursuing, and you still expecting to run far with the money in a truck? Really??? I find the gun-hiding of Miljan more logical to this event...in these cases you want to protect yourself, not hanging around in a country you don't know even the language and expect to be safer, moreover with the military behind you, no passport (supposingly), etc, etc.

So, if there is no more episodes to be aired, are we supposing all the reality show was in fact an experiment conducted by the same showrunners, with the aim of...whatever the aim may be?

  14. There's an interview with the show creator where he states that were 13 episodes produced. NBC just screwed us. That's it. This episode 11 wasn't the last, it didn't felt like the last at all. http://www.aceweekly.com/2013/07/nbc-siberia-an-interview-with-series-creator-matt-arnold/

  15. Figured the Host was alive because he kept saying Previously on Siberia lol

I'm confused on what the hell shot into the sky to create the Aurora Borealis, i thought it's a phenomenon that occurs on it's own??
