    If Marisol finally gets to the bottom of it, does this mean she'll be gone when her son is released from custody? I want her to stay a maid so she could stay in this show because she's awesome :(((

    They don't usually kill off the "good" characters unless it's the final season and all bets are off.We can pretty much assume that only Flora's murderer will die (assuming it's not Zoila or Valentina)

    Well, I don't know if you know this, but they FLAT OUT revealed on the official FB page of Devious Maids that Philippe killed Flora (50% of the fans were angry and 50% of the fans were like "Yeah, I'm not falling for it. Must be someone else!"). And they've been dropping MAJOR hints about him possibly being the culprit in the last 2/3 episodes: he freaked out when Remi whispered something (we don't know what) to his ear; Michael told him he would be "screwed" if people started investigating the case;he hired a shooter to get rid of Marisol; he's been generally sending creepy vibes and a scary music has been pleaying whenever he was on screen! I hope they don't make it that obvious, because it would be a huge let down!

    Ohhh, I didn't "like" Devious Maid on FB! I need to do it now. Yeah, actually, I was thinking the same too. I mean, I don't think it's Marc Cherry's style to reveal who the killer is until the very last episode. I think the writers showing how Phillipe can be psychotic and hire an assassin to kill his enemies is just a gimmick to make us believe that it was Phillipe who killed Flora. But now you said that they revealed it was Phillipe all along, it is quite a letdown... But I'll try not to be disappointed until I see the episode tomorrow!

    They revealed it on Wednesday morning and our jaws were on the floor when we saw it, because, if it turns out that Philippe IS the killer, what was the point of spilling the beans that early? Couldn't they have waited 4 or 5 days till the finale was on air?

    Exactly! But there's a silver lining behind this. IF he was actually the killer, then they'd kill him off the show and Genevieve will finally be free of that man.


    But, I remember again, if you were convinced that Phillipe was the killer, then why did you assume it was Zoila or Valentina in the earlier above?

    I was convinced before they SPOILED it on the official site: unless they went nuts, they only did that to throw us off and hint that it was someone else. THAT made me change my mind. Why do i think it's Zoila or her daughter? Zoila, because she used to freak out all the time when Marisol brought up Flora's murder, and Valentina, because she's the only expendable one among the leads (so she could be shipped off to Africa or jail or whatever).

    Although the killer in the very first episode didn't look like a woman at all. The killer looked built and tall. And I REALLY really hope it's not Zoila or Valentina, because I like them too. I love all five leads. By the way, I looked back at the post that revealed that Phillipe was the killer, it didn't sound like a spoiler at all. It's bullshit is what it is. Because they use hashtag, and I don't trust anything with a hashtag...

    I know. It's like we learnt nothing new... :(


    But I loved the finale nonetheless! I loved how at the end of the episode, the writers set up a a cliffhanger that I think would be a major arc next season! I hope everything's OK with Rosie!
